josh was in one of the hospital rooms after he had calmed down from his panic attack in the car, and tyler was right. he was just so focused on the bad side of this from the last time he was here, but it was better now.

he was swinging his legs back and forth on the examination table when his doctor came in. tyler had greeted the man, but josh was staring intensely at his tattoo sleeves. he couldn't remember what they looked like exactly, but he was now weary of his doctor.

"hello, joshua, i'm doctor iero, but you can call me frank." he smiled while josh replied with a simple head nod. he didn't trust the white lab coats and the stethoscopes. frank just laughed at the silence, and turned to tyler. "what brought you two in here today?"

"josh fainted and he said he hallucinated. he thinks it might be brain damage from when he passed out almost three years ago and fell into a coma." frank's happy facial expression fell as he nodded.

"surely you got mri's and cat scans, right?"

"yeah, but josh got really spooked about it."

"i didn't just pass out. someone broke into the apartment, and choked me until i passed out. then when i woke up, i couldn't read anything because it was in a weird symbol like language." josh's face heated as he stared at the floor. they wouldn't believe him, but it was worth a shot. frank looked like he was going to have a heart attack. josh closed his eyes, and opened them as he heard the sink turn on. frank was suddenly by the sink washing his hands.

"what brought you two here today?" frank smiled, and sat back down on the chair he was just in. there were no footsteps to be heard and it happened too quick.

"the only thing that will become of you is darkness, josh." it was faint, but he heard it. tears pricked his eyes as he stared at the wall; his want to leave sky rocketing. something was terribly wrong.
