Why did you leave me

   As i looked at my dad i felt like breaking down and crying or just ripping him to shreds for leaving me.

"Hi is all you have to say for all these years, really," I didn't show no emotion i just stared at him with a blank look.

"Elena i had my reasons to leave and you don't know how hard it was to leave you with that woman."

I shook my head and said, "You left me alone with a woman who would fuck anyone every night. You let me go get almost raped by her customs but thank god I moved out."

"Your only 17 how can you live alone."

"Oh so now you care about me but anyway i have my ways."

"I always cared about you i just had to protect you for what was coming."

"So protect me by leaving my with a whore of a mother who beat me up until i ended up dead."

His eyes widen as he said, "What do you mean ended up dead?"

"Nothing forget what i said.
What is actually was coming?"

"Lets sit and talk."

I was about to walk in when something held me back. I tried again but it seemed like and invisible wall was keeping me out but i remembered reading that the owner of the house has to invite me in.

"Edward can you get grandma to come to the door."

"Why what wrong just come in."

"Look just get her now then i will come inside."

He sighed and went back inside getting my grandma. I cant tell him im a vampire cause problems. My grandma came to the door and smiled.

"Hi sweetie. Come in i have some cookies in the stove."

I put my foot in the door and was able to go inside. I walked inside feeling the warmth that brought me before.

I always loved coming here in the summer not worrying that about my mother or my problems at school. Me and grandma watched movies or baked cookies which was my favorite part.

"Here have a chocolatr cookie i know its your favorite."

I stared at the cookie and said "No i'm fine besides i cant have them any more."

"Oh okay but if you get hungry please tell me. I am going to leave you and your father alone to talk."

Once she left i turned to dad and said, "So are you going to tell me why you left?"

He sighed and sat down saying, "There are things you don't know about me that i didnt want you to know but i think its time."

"The woman you know as your mother isn't your mom. Your real mom is still alive and is raising your bothers and sisters in are kingdom. We are the royal family of vampires we portect them but when you were born you held much more power then any of us and people wanted that power so you mom told me to take you away from the kingdom and keep you safe. Maggi was supposed to keep you safe but you mother was being attacked so i had to leave you behind."

He looked away and said, "Some of my men died but we managed to win the war but its still going on. I was going to come back but then we had more children and i just couldn't leave your mother. We never stop wondering or caring about you but we had to save are kingdom."

I was still standing with a blank look but i can feel my eyes turning dark red from anger.

"What did you mean by i was born more powerful."

"If your born for a royal vampire your born a vampire but you came out a human but your blood is more powerful then ours. Your blood can heal a human from a vampire bite that means you can heal them from turning into vampire and your blood can raise dead vampire who are already dead or you can heal a werewolf bite. When people found out about this especially vampires wanted you to drain you from your blood so i had to take you far away."

My eyes glowed dark red in anger knowing he just left me to raise other children and not come back for me. I waited for him for years just to know he was never coming back.

"You left me to go raise other childeren. You left me to go through hell and you have no idea what I'm going through now."

I took off my sunglasses and said, "One night mom got home she hit like always but i screamed back at her and i ran away and ended up in woods. A vampire pinned me against me the tree an drank from my then bit his write gave me his blood then snapped my neck. The next day i woke up with red eyes, sun burning like hell and on top of that i killed a man and didnt feel so bad about. I just found a few days ago my best friends are vampire, and i got a blood mate who is amazing, and a dad who left me to die. I should've just forgot about you and go in with my life instead of finding out that you were never going to come back."

He stood up and come toward my saying "I kept you away so you would have to become what we are but it seems like you already are. I wanted to come but i had to take care of your brothers and sisters."

"It seems you care more about them then me well since you care so much about them you should go back to them and forget all about me cause your pretty good at it. I should head back home cause i got a date in a few hours."

As i was walking out the door and toward my bike he said, "Your mother wants to see you next weekend she has missed you very much. Please come."

I laughed and said, "I never had a mother so why now. I am going to go home and forget about all of this. You were never in my life so don't be now."

I put on my helmet and went back home i wanted to cry just to know he didn't care enough to come back but my body refused to feel sadness right now.

Once i got home i called Jessica, Abby, and Molly to come over that i need help with my date. They have been there my whole life so why stop talking to them just because they did tell me they were vampires.

They were trying to protect me just like my dad but they didn't leave me they stood by my side all along unlike him. I can't wait to go on this date with Nathaniel they guy who is going to be with me forever
