One House!

Chapter 1: Moving On Up!

Father: Glory do you see this house in this picture?

Glory: WOW! That house is amazingly big!

Narrator: It was a very shining night due to the stars shining so brightly. Glory and his Father sharing a special moment before he departed to work on an experiment.

Father: This is where I grew up Glory. Your Grandma owned this house!

Glory: Why don't we ever see Grandma anymore? I really misses her.

Father: Well she lives very far from here. It's hard to make visits sometimes, especially with my line of work.

Glory: I understand....what about Mom?

Father: She'll be back eventually.....I pray on it!

Narrator: There's a sudden knock on the door! Glory looks surprised as his Father opens the door to reveal who it was.

Father: Salvation what makes you come to my home?

Tyland: Sorry for the intrusion, but I was wondering how the experiments were going?

Father: Oh everything is going well! The new and improved diminsional weapons should be ready in a couple weeks.

Tyland: Good it's nice to hear that progress is going good! You need any help or your crew got it?

Father: Salvation no need to get your hands dirty. After all these weapons are for you and your crew, it's an honor to be doing this for you!

Glory: Hello Salvation.

Tyland: Ahh lil Glory! How's everything going lil man? I heard you're turning eight tomorrow! I'll be sure to come get some cake and ice cream tomorrow.

Glory: Haha ok! I'm hoping I can see a gift from you also?

Tyland: Of course!

Both: Awesomeness!

Father: Glory how about you head to bed now?

Glory: Ok Dad see you tomorrow! Goodnight Salvation!

Tyland: Nighty Night lil man!

Father: Ok Salvation let me show you how much progress we made.

Narrator: Glory went to sleep as Tyland and Glorys Father walked to the lab. Glory was excited to wake up and enjoy his birthday with his friends and family, praying that his mom shows up also!

Eleven Years Later!

Everyone: HAPPY BIRTHDAY GLORY!

Glory: Come on now everyone. When you turn twenty birthdays aren't as exciting!

Navy: Aww come on now Glory! Don't be such a party pooper haha have some fun man!

Glory: Yeah July sixth is just the most exciting day.

Navy: Look at it this way Bro. We both is twenty now! That means we can go both go that writing college that we was looking at!

Father: See Glory you have a friend that's willing to stick with you.

Glory: I know Dad. He's the only friend that stuck around since Jr High, and I respect that Navy.

Navy: So what do you say? We going or not?

Glory: You're gonna have to go with out me.

Navy: Oh?

Glory: I moving far away from here Navy. I need to escape this war city before I end up dying!
