-eden's pov.-

"JUGHEAD, EDEN IS DYING."

I groan in response, not bothering to get up off of the ground. I am currently in the dressing room, forty minutes before show time. The gang convinced me to actually go through with this if I did a duet with Archie.

My face is pressed against the carpeted floor, my body flat on the ground. I'm not dying. Veronica just likes to be very dramatic, especially when it comes to me, and stuff that makes me more like her. Like cheer leading.

"Eden is what?" I him say, before I see Jughead's worried face pop into the dressing room, looking around anxiously before landing on me. When his eyes set on mine, he laughs at me and my state.

"Jug, I wanna die." I whine, staring as he walks in and sits down, motioning for me to come to him.

I lift myself into a crawling position, and walk two or three steps before laying on his lap, my head on his criss-crossed legs and my body curled around his right side. I feel his hands run through my hair.

"Aw! Archie, Betty, look how cute they are!"

I groan again, covering my face with my hand. A few seconds later, I hear multiple people walk in. Uncovering my eyes, I see Betty, Archie, Kevin, and Joaquin with our Serpent friends that we got close to yesterday.

I smile, touched that the gang brought the Serpents to see me and Archie. I don't even know how Betty or Veronica got their number or contact information, let alone got them to come at all.

"Hey Enyo." Scorpion greets, making me smile wider.

"Hey Scorpion. What's Enyo?"

I sit up, and Jughead pulls me backwards, into his chest. I smile and make myself comfortable. He uncrosses his legs so I can sit more comfortably between them, pulling me closer with both arms wrapping around my chest.

"Enyo. Goddess of War."

I grin, "Thank you."

"Don't thank me, Lashes and Bumblebee came up with it. Thought it was meant to be since it reminded us of you and it starts with an E, like your name." He mumbles, grabbing himself a red bull from the mini fridge in the room.

"No beer? Shame." Joaquin mumbles, making some of us laugh, including me. Jughead huffs behind me and I turn to look up at him as everyone else dives into conversation with each other.

"Are you... Are you jealous?"

He looks down, his cheeks tinting red, "What? No. Of course not."

"Yes you are! You're blushing! Don't worry, Jug, Joaquin isn't you, and he is gay, and he is dating Kevin."

Jughead mumbles something that I'm pretty sure even he didn't understand. We stand up with the help of Archie and Ronnie, who insist that I start to get ready. We all know Ronnie wants to do my makeup, and I end up giving in.

After twenty minutes, I am finally ready. I slip into the back unnoticed while I slip on the dress I got from one of the many many many racks of clothes. Apparently this thing is supposed to be fancy? Archie is wearing a suit!
