She doesn't understand. Anyway this chap is an expedition, before we find out about Eren.

Hmph, that jerk, playing with my damn emotions! I was currently walking to the HQ building, emotions swirling inside and out. I'm suddenly pinned to the ground by a blur. I growl and stretch upward biting the person's neck.

"Yooooooow!!!!!" Mina's voice yells out. "You're to creative! I can't tell what your next move will be!" She cries. I sit up and look at my sister who is holding her neck.

"Maybe next time try not to surprise me like that!" I snap angrily.

"So how was the Captain? ~" She asks suggestively. I recoil in disgust and embarrassment.

"'Jeez Mina, get it out of your thick skull. I don't like the Captain! I hate that damn bastard!" I snap pushing over to her and taking her down. We tussle playfully for a few minutes until a sharp hiss is heard.

"Damn brats, you guys are a pain in my ass." Oluo bites in a pissed off manner.

"You must be a pain in the Captain's ass." I giggle.

"Yeah, stop being such a pain, Oluo!" Mina laughs.

"Listen here brats!--" Oluo is cut short of his sentence as Levi walks in.

     "Erwin needs us for another expedition. Gear up." He barks, the three of us walk away. Oluo and Mina are far ahead of me. A hand grips my hand tightly I look back with an icy glare. That glare disappears almost instantly when I see the Corporal with an unlikely look on his face. Fear and concern.

     "What's with you, Captain?" I question harshly.

     "Don't get hurt, stay with Hanji. You're not done with training." He says quickly, I cock an eyebrow at him. His behavior is not like the Corporal I know.

     "Yes, sir." I say, he lets go of my hand and relief zips through his eyes then disappears. I continue walking away, when I walk around the corner I stop and look at my right hand. Heat rises to my cheeks.

     I was blushing deeply and my heart is pounding like the run of a 15 meter Titan. "Hey B!" A high voice summons. I look up, Hanji's face is three inches from mine but I didn't notice.

     "B?....." I ask, my head was in the clouds. Why? I don't know.

     "Yeah, your name starts with a B so I am calling you B!" She squeals backing up and dancing. I shake my head. Damn you Captain!

     "Okay." I answer in a monotone voice. She grabs my hand and leads me to the stables quickly. I had to run to keep up.

     We stop in front of the squad. I back up in fear.

     "What if I am a burden?" I ask looking down.

     "Blake," I look up at Petra, her hazel eyes shine. "Friends aren't burdens. You're our friend." She says putting a hand on my shoulder.

     "Yeah you're our friend, we would give our lives for you." Hanji squeals and jumps fisting the air excitedly.

     "Get on your horses brats, we leave in five minutes." Levi snarls walking in, giving us all a steel gaze.

     "Yes, sir." I grumble. He grabs the reins of a jet black horse, and then glares at me.

     "What was that?" He asks in a deadly tone, his eyes narrowed in an authoritive (?) manner.

     "Yes, sir!" I yell out, Hanji grabs my hand and pulls me to a caramel brown horse.

     "This is Hazel. Get on and follow me." She says happily, I get on and wait for Hanji. She rushes to her horse and gets on. After she does this she snaps the reins, her horse races out of the stables. I am quick to follow.

     It has been an hour since the expedition has started, and half of the troops have been wiped out by Titans. There is a lingering feeling around me that I can't shake. Something bad is going to happen.

     "B! This way! Quick!" Hanji screams. Something isn't right!

     "We can't leave the group!" I hiss in irritation, she huffs before coming over to me and grabbing my horse by the reins. I try to take them back but she has a tighter grip than imagined. A sudden thud causes my horse to halt, throwing me off of her.

      "My precious! Come to me my lovely!" Hanji squeals riding towards the Titan towering above us. It had to be 20 meters. I get to my feet, and reach out for my horse but she gallops away as fast as she could go. I look over my shoulder to see another Titan reaching out for me. I dodge it's hand but the only thing wrong is when a Titan's hand hits the ground it sends out a gust of air strong enough to knock the whole wall down, luckily they don't know that... Yet.

     I am flung backwards and into a lone tree. I cough and it reaches out for me again, I get up and try to run but I'm not quick enough. Why am I running?! I should kill it!

     The Titan clenches me tightly into its hand. I scream as pain zips through me, I felt like I was being compressed into jelly slowly. I struggle to get my blades out, but its grip is too tight.

     The familiar sound of 3DMG hits my ears, and I look at the blur zipping towards the Titan holding me. Everything hits slow motion, then I see it, gory to many, but beautiful to me.

     His hair is swept to the side slightly, and the Titan's blood it cleanly sprayed in front of him. His cold eyes meet mine and I freeze. They were holding something possessive. Over protection?

     He drops to the ground at the same time the Titan does, its hand hits the ground and I am shot from it. I roll to a stop and weakly push myself up. The Captain rushes to my side.

      "Tch, reckless brat! What the hell were you thinking going with Shitty-Glasses!" He asks intensely.

     "I didn't want to! She dragged me with her!" I snap at him. He leaps off the ground so suddenly I don't have time to react. I look over my shoulder just in time to see him slaughter the wicked beast at a blinding pace.

     At that moment I realized that I had seen his talent.
