I went out to the great lawn and found Xander, "Hey Xander" I said walking towards him, "Hey Mads" he said walking towards me, "Where's Griff?" I asked Xander, he turned around and answered "I don't know", "Ok then" I said making my way to Woodchuck cabin, I entered the cabin to find Griff sitting on a blanket with a basket, "flirting" and smiling, "I can't believe you Griff" I said mad and with tears in my eyes, "And Zuri, I thought we were friends" I said making my way out the cabin slamming the door behind me. I thought Griff loved me, why would he do this to me. Griff's pov: (this before and after Maddie enters the room) I walked inside Woodchuck Cabin, and found Zuri counting how much bribe money she had left, "Hey Zuri" I said walking towards her, "Hey Griff" she said still looking at the money, "I need your help" I said looking down, "Ok? What do you need my help with Griff?" She said still looking at the money, how come the money gets more attention than a human, "I need your help, cause I got a date with Maddie today and I need help practicing with the date" I said looking down at her, "Sure" she said putting away her bribe money, "Thank you so much, Zuri, I'm gonna go get the stuff" I said looking at her blushing. Time skip I saw Maddie running away from the cabin, she thought that I was on a date, WITH HER BEST FRIEND, she knows I would never do that to her especially with her best friend. I ran after her, and found her, Zuri followed. "Maddie! It's not what it looked like!" I screamed after her before she stopped and turned around, "Really Griff! Because it was exactly what it looked like!" She said screaming at us, "Mads, you know I would never do that to you! It was a misunderstanding!" Zuri said from behind me, "Yeah, I was just practicing for my date with you" I said trying to reason with her, "Really?" She said frowning down at the ground, "Yeah, you know how much I love you, why would you even think we would do that to you" I said looking at her, "Your my best friend I ever want to lose you, especially if it has to do with the love of your life" Zuri said smiling at her.
