Tyler had picked out an outfit for today. A blue sweater with leggings and a skirt. He also has his favorite floral shoes, flower crown, and backpack. Gendered clothing is dumb.

He didn't really like school, but he went anyway, just to see Josh Dun.

Josh always had on some band shirt and skinny jeans on. He also had his hair dyed. It was pink now, but Tyler heard that he was going to dye it blue or yellow in a few days. Tyler knew that Josh's parents wouldn't let him listen to Green Day or any of the other bands, but Josh listened to them anyway.
Tyler knew a lot of things. Just by watching, listening, looking- he was the quietest kid in class. No one knew why.
He had some kind of feelings for Josh. But Josh would never notice him- he was always out with some guy or whatever.
The whole entire school knew Josh was gay and the whole universe probably knew that Tyler had a crush on Josh. He would spend the classes he had with Josh staring at him.

But only Josh didn't know.

Heck, he probably didn't even know of Tyler's existence.

Tyler knew Brendon Urie as Josh's best friend or maybe something closer than that. But he knew that he absolutely hated Brendon. He was somewhat rude, and probably did some kind of drugs. Tyler has always followed rules.

Except the "Gender Roles" thing.

He hated those too.
