Chapter IV

A/N - Hey you guys, I am extremely sorry for the long wait, I was very busy with school work, homework, etc. Right now, I decided to post the next chapter! Now, see what happens and read this story more until you become interested!

It was the morning at school and Izumi, Kyoko, Maeko, Kahoko and I sat together on the chairs at the assembly. When the assembly had not started, Kyoko fiddled with her two black pigtails whilst Izumi looked around the assembly hall, which was outside, for Kotori to see if she came or not. Izumi’s platinum blonde hair flicked, slowly, as she kept looking around.  Maeko’s amber eyes shone as she looked in the sun, to make her eyes turn hazel or green. She always wanted hazel or green eyes because that was her favourite eye colour. The only hair colour that Maeko liked was Strawberry blonde with green eyes.

Every day, she’d say “I’ve got strawberry blond hair and green eyes bright” but then the rest would laugh and say “You have auburn hair and amber eyes! Not strawberry blonde hair and green eyes, you fool!” but Maeko would do nothing.

Maeko was bored of the sun so she decided to fiddle with her fiery auburn hair, while Kahoko and I were sitting down and talking about the spell, whether or not if it would work.

“I cannot wait to see Kotori like this!” Kahoko whispered to me in my ear, as I made sure no one heard, “This would be hilarious!”

“Yes, I know right! But we need to make sure no one knows about it!” I replied. “So warn Kyoko, Maeko and Izumi!”

“Alright, then!” Kahoko said, as she gave me a weak smile.

After what had seemed like two hours or one hour, one of Kotori’s close friends, Rika, came. Everyone in Kotori’s little group hated her, except Kotori, because they were jealous of her beauty. Rika’s shimmering hazel eyes sparkled and teenage boys seemed to be very attracted to her. But Rika looked at Maeko because she was showing off with her sparkling hazel eyes. But beside me, I saw Maeko filled with jealousy because she had hazel eyes and she really loved that eye colour. Because Maeko sat next to Izumi, she whispered to her “Oh, she is always showing off to me with her hazel eyes! Gosh, that show off. She looked at me whilst her hazel eyes were ‘shimmering’! Oh, I’ll show her what she will get next time she does that again!”

“Leave it, Maeko, you might get them when you’re older!” Izumi replied, with a smile.

“Yes, I might,” Maeko sighed. “And I might not; I might get dark or light brown eyes, or still have amber eyes, or even better, HAVE GREEN/HAZEL EYES!”

“SHUT UP ALL OF YOU, THAT INCLUDES YOU TWO, IZUMI AND MAEKO!” Rika shouted, as she pointed at them two, “IF I HEAR A WORD FROM YOU, MAEKO, I WILL TELL NAMI!”

“Alright, alright. We’ll stop,” Maeko and Izumi muttered. “Idiot,” they said under their breaths.

As the assembly started, Rika said with her microphone “This assembly is about student council works and their clubs and student’s clubs. First of all, I will speak about their works. Since I am the head of the student councils, I am going to be doing important work. I will be making some new school changes and start getting brand new teachers, who are smart.  As Kotori and I are student councils, I will speak about our clubs and Kotori will speak about the student’s clubs.”

Kahoko and I looked at Kotori, but she was different. She was looking around the room with her papers about the clubs but was laughing and looked a little worried. When Kotori looked at us, she continued with her work.

“Everyone listen please!” Rika said, with an ugly smile, “Alright, the student council president’s clubs are to finish our work that we had not completed. We sometimes have to write about the assemblies and do other important stuff, now I am done. Before Kotori comes to talk about the student’s clubs, ask some questions if you have some! Don’t hesitate!”
