Habits are a routine practiced by all
But if not careful, they could be your downfall
Some habits are big
Some habits are small
But some are manic and impossible to stall
They're powerful and harmful with their destructive call
Pick
Pluck
Bite
Maul
Before one knows it, follicles are in a neat little ball.
Some eat
Some fidget
Some dig at their skin or pull hairs from their skull
They are a burden some of us must lug or haul
In attempt to stop we do experience withdrawal
Habits grip some with a binding of null
But with big hearts and even more soul
Habits can be buried deep in a hole
