Willa "Winter" Danvers was cold. But how could she not be? She was abandoned by her parents when she was six years old, never had a real family, and didn't have many friends. She lived on the streets most of her life, because no one wanted a girl with a curse.
Willa's curse was a power that was almost always fatal to those she inflicted it on. She could freeze a human in under ten seconds. In minor cases, it would only cause hypothermia, but in severe cases, it would kill the victim. Willa hated her curse, and herself.
One day, she was discovered by a SHIELD agent. He was willing to train her and make her something better. However, four years later, he sends her off to live a normal life. But she isn't normal.
She was cold; her heart of ice hardened by her past. Now all she needed was someone who could warm her up.
