Jessica POV

"Hey! Didn't you hear me? I said turn right." Ethan just barely turned his head, and I could see one side of his face turning up unto a smile.

"I heard you."

"Then why did you turn left?"

"You'll see." That was all he said. We kept driving. Every once in a while I would say his name, or ask him to turn around or where we were going. But he ignored me, his grin growing bigger every time I asked a question. Eventually we came to a stop on the side of a gravel road, with trees lining the sides.

My heart pounded. I pulled out my phone. It was 12:16, and I had no signal here. There was a small clatter as Ethan unbuckled his seat belt and it hit the side of the truck beside him. He pushed up the console and moved so he was sitting in the middle of the truck, right beside me.

"C'mere." He murmured, placing one hand at my waist. He leaned down to kiss me, but I ducked my head so he couldn't. He grabbed the back of my neck, forcing me to look up at him. "I said. Come. Here." He pressed his lips to mine, stern and insistent, holding me in place with his hands. I could just barely smell the alcohol the tinged his breath.

I pressed at his chest, trying to push him off me, but he grabbed my wrist with the hand that had previously been holding my waist. Slowly, with my free hand, I reached behind me to open the door. I heard a click, and opened my eyes to see that Ethan had leaned forward and locked it.

He laughed softly. "What were you gonna do? Outrun me? Walk home?" Still chuckling, he let go of my wrist and put his hand in my thigh, moving his thumb in slow circles. His other hand remained on the door lock. I whimpered quietly. If he hadn't been sitting nearly on top of me, he probably wouldn't have heard it. But he was, so he did.

"What's the matter with you?" He asked accusingly. His hand had slid upward so it was inside my skirt. I stiffened up, grabbing his wrist to push his hand off me. Ethan only looked amused. "Oh I get it. You're a virgin, aren't you?" He smiled, kissing me again, his hand leaving the door to hold my head in place again.

"N-no. I'm not. That's not it." I tried to sound firm, but my voice broke and I realized that tears had pooled in my eyes.

"Then what the hell is wrong with you?" His lips had moved to my neck, kissing a spot just below my ear. "Just relax." He murmured into my skin.

Tears slid down my cheeks. Ethan brushed them away, and kissed me again.
