Tessa’s POV:
By this time I had duct tape around my mouth and a thin, very tight rope around my hands and feet.
Every time I would try to get out of the rope or even move, the rope seemed to become tighter an hurt more and more.
I had no idea how I was going to escape this. This was probably the scariest
I was sitting there; trying to think of some way to try and get out of here, but all I could think of was when Josh and I used to come here.
We really need to stop thinking about that; I need to get out of here.
I looked up at Drew who was staring at me while he sat on that chair, emotionless.
I wriggled my wrist around to feel something sharp dig into my wrist.
My Pandora and my other bracelet, which had a metal cross on it, were conveniently placed around my wrist.
I wriggled over to sit next to Drew and nudged his leg with my shoulder.
He looked down at me and I nodded my head backwards towards my hands.
I then turned around and he took the bracelet from my wrist with struggle.
The man figure then peeped his head around the corner and saw what was happening but I don’t think he realized what we were actually doing.
He walked over to me and kicked me away from drew and onto the ground in front of him.
He then picked me up and pushed me into the third room of the tree house.
He looked down at me, “don’t move again.” He said in a stern voice.
I nodded my head and he then left the room.
I looked around not having another plan of escape. And then a picture caught my eye.
It was him. It was he and I. It was Josh and I.
I fell asleep there, looking at him in that picture.
I had the weirdest dream that I was in my old tree house that was in the woods across from my house and I was with drew and we were both tied up and…
I woke up to a loud noise like a thump and then a crash.
I forced myself up even though the pains in my wrists were burning and I crashed into the side table, which the photo I was looking at earlier was on.
It fell to the floor and it smashed on the ground. I picked it up and struggled but put it into my back pocket.
I jumped out of the room I was in and I went to go find out what was happening.
Drew was gone from the chair.
I then walked into the first room and saw that the man was gone and there was a hole in the wall in the direction that Drew was facing.
Drew then turns around to me and he turns me around to cut off the rope around my wrists and my feet.
He then levels with me eyes and he says, “Everything is going to be ok now.” And he then pulls me into a hug.
I couldn’t help it; I started bawling, tears started to stream down my face like a waterfall.
“hey hey hey, what’s wrong!” he said sounding worried.
