Chapter Three

*a week later*

I flopped down on my bed "uh I thought that class would never end" I sighed stretching. "Yeah...Professor Port only seems to do nothing but talk about his past adventures" said Aika as she sat on her bed. "I agree...he does talk a lot..." said Zero. It was very rare when he and Tashimi talked. "Ugh so bored!" I groaned, "let's go get something to eat...I'm starving" we all got up and made our way to the cafeteria.

We got there, took our seats, and began eating. It wasn't long before our peaceful lunch was disrupted by Cardin Winchester pulling my tail. I screamed, turned around, and bit his arm so hard I drew blood. He screamed out in pain. "LET GO!" he yelled, "Y/N!" yelled Ozpin as I growled and let go of Cardin, "don't...EVER...bully anyone...EVER again...or else next time...I will tear a piece off..." I hissed as blood dripped out of my mouth.

"Y/N!" yelled Ozpin again as I looked at him, "my office...now" I could tell he was mad. We both walked to his office, my ears down, head down, and tail between my legs. He sat down in his chair and sighed, "Y/N...why did you bite Cardin?" He asked sipping his drink. "He pulled my tail," I said grabbing something to wipe the blood off my mouth, "ugh...hate the taste of iron" I smiled. But he didn't.

"I'm very disappointed in you..." he furrowed his eyebrows "...what did you expect me to do?! Let him pull my tail?!" I yelled. "That doesn't mean you get to bite him!" He slammed his fist on his desk, and I jumped. "I WASN'T GOING TO LET HIM HURT ME!" I yelled at him again. I could tell he was getting mad and even more mad by the second.

"All right...lets just calm down..." I smiled, he slowly started to calm down, "you are grounded, and I will let your teachers know to give you...you only extra homework," he said, I wanted to yell but this is what happens when you're raised by the headmaster of an Academy. Who is also a teacher. "Of course sir" I smiled. "Dismissed..." he said as I walked out. I walked back to my room. When I got back Aika ran up to me "did you get in trouble?" She asked.

"Yeah...but I didn't get sent home...he raised me...so he grounded me, and gave me extra homework...only me...you guys don't worry" I smiled. After that, we headed to our next class, Dr. Oobleck. My favorite teacher. I took my seat and we have begun the class. After an hour we went back to our rooms, my team went to sleep as I worked on my homework.

*Three years later*

I sighed as I took my seat in Professor Port's class (now begins the stuff with Cinder and all that stuff). About halfway through the class, I was told to go to Ozpin's office. I made my way there. When I got there I saw him smiling, "do you know what today is?" He asked, "uh...test day in Professor Port's?" I asked as he chuckled "today is the day I found you...we never knew your birthday...so today is technically your eighteenth birthday...happy birthday Y/N" he hugged me which made me tense up, he hasn't hugged me since I came to Beacon.

"U-Uh...thank you, sir..." I blushed.
