When you are an oblivious child in the world, so young and so naïve,
you may never learn that satirical faces and smiles can easily deceive,
believing the world revolves around without any concern of its own,
that you can tell where perils lie, simply because of one's tone.
Skips of bliss and smiles of glucose, you think it's an invigorating sight,
can't you understand that your entity itself is as dark as it is light?
You believe in generosity where bonds win over life,
but you connive all the creatures that kill because of strife,
a brute place, a brute fire of just terror and pure turmoil,
all efforts simply pointless, as your remains rot to soil,
because the world revolves in a counter-clockwise way,
and life merely never works the way you claim to say.
