●No you don't have to have more than 3 chapters, you could only have one chapter! Due to the fact that we aren't actually reading it, we're just looking at your cover.
●If someone else has done your cover, the recognition will be granted to them and you. But, more so them since they did make it for you.
●Your award will be discussed once winners have been chosen
●There will a minimum of 20 winners and a maximum of 40 if we can get that many entries.
