The pounding against my chest again
Getting louder and louder in my head
Taking a breath slower and slower
Keep my mind off the disaster
The war waging within me
It's getting harder and harder to contain
Pounding louder and louder in my head
Breath breath control yourself
Abnormalities don't go unnoticed
Control control gain back your control
Face burning with a heavy heart
Get it back to normal rate
