"I'm leaving."
"WHAT?!"
"J, I need to know where I came from."
"I know but..."
"J! I'm leaving okay. You can come with me if you want."
"You know I can't Bell, I need to help my family."
"See, you would do anything for your family. I just want to know mine."
"Ok. But I want you to have this pendant. It was my grandma's, she said that it protected her on her travels."
"It's so beautiful!! I promise I'll wear it and never take it off!! Thank you J."
"No problem Bell."

I wrap my arms around him and hug him a tight as I can, cause I don't know if I'll see him again. I let go of him and stare into his eyes.

"Goodbye for now J."
"Bye for now Bell."

I let a tear roll down my cheek as I walk away from Jeramy. I don't want to leave him but I need to know what's happening to me, and the only way to do that is to find my parents.

I walk into the hut and find my dad sitting where Mum used to lay. I already talked to him about me leaving. I could tell he didn't want me to leave, especially now since Mum just passed away.

I go and sit next to him and place a hand on his shoulder and I try and comfort him.

"How are you doing Dad?"
"It's sure going to be lonely around here."
"I'm sorry Dad, but I have to do this."
"Your mother and I knew this day was coming. Here take this."
He pulls out a black blanket that has Tara written on it, and he hands it to me.
"What's this?"
"The blanket we found you in."
"But it says Tara?"
"That's your real name. Your mother always wanted to call her daughter Bella, so we changed your name."
"It's ok Dad I'm not mad. I usually would be because I'm a hot head, but this would of been hard for you to say all of this without Mum."

I kiss him on the forehead and walk outside to my packed bag. I pick it up and it's heavier than before, but it's probably nothing. I turn around to see my dad waving me goodbye, so I run up to him and gave him one last hug before I leave. I wish time would stop, so this moment would last forever. But I gather all of my strength and pull away from the hug.
"I love you Bella."
"I love you too Dad."

I turn around and walk away. I want to turn back, but then I hear some voices on the far side of the village. As the two figures who are creating all of the noise nears, I realise who one of them is. Zac. I run as fast as I can to the next hut. I don't think he saw me, but I have to get out of here, and fast. But who was the second figure. I decide to risk it and take one quick look. Oh no, it's Jeramy.
