Lawyer pt. 1

I woke up the next morning to Kendall shaking me awake. "Get up already we're gonna be late."

I looked at the clock and it was 4:50. I only had 10 minutes to get ready. Since I missed yesterday I would be in so much trouble if I was late today. I shot out of bed and quickly threw on my spandex and out sweatpants on over it. I put on my red sports bra and a white shirt. I grabbed my bag and ken and I rushed out the door.

We just made it to dance in time. I was suprised I got ready in 10 minutes.

"Feeling better?!" Joey asked. For a second I forgot I was "sick". "Ya a lot I better" I said. I was still half asleep and probualy a mess because I didn't have much time to get ready so I figured that helped my whole being sick thing. I got on stage and started to stretch. I saw all the guys walk in. I walked to the edge of the stage and ken followed me. We sat down and the guys walked over.

"Hey so did you call the lawyer?" I asked jack in a whisper so Joey didn't hear.

"Ya, your going to see him at 2."

Perfect. I had everything on track and if one thing goes wrong everything could fall apart.

"Hey stop socializing, make new friends later" Joey yelled at us.

The guys sat down on the floor and Kendall and i got up to walk towards the back of the stage.

"Please come with me" I begged her "I could use the support"

"Of course" she replied.

We finished stretching and ran through most of our dances. Practice ended sooner again because of Magcon and we had a show tonight so they didn't want to work us to hard.

As soon as practice ended I ran up to Jack to find out where I had to meet the lawyer at. He gave me all the information I needed and ken and I headed back up to the hotel room.

I showered quick then dryer my hair and put on light make up. I put on dark colored jeans, a creme colored tank top and lacey shirt on over it. I slipped on some brown wedges and waited by the door for ken. Once she was ready we left.

We had a can waiting for us outside. We hopped in and gave him the address. As we were on our way to the lawyers office my head was filled with thoughts. How could this be happening to me? What if I do to get out of this contract? Will I still be friends with the guys after this is all over? It was crazy that I even met them and I trusted them so much and I barely knew them.

I had so many things running through my head I felt like I couldn't control it.

Before I knew it we had already arrived at the lawyers office. I opened the door and stepped out. I walked up half way to the door and just stopped. Everything was just so overwhelming.

Kendall stopped at the door and looked back at me. I took a deep breath and walked toward the door. I walked in and went straight to the front desk. I gave the lady my name and everything.

Kendall and I took a seat in the chairs and waited only about 5 minutes until a lady with short blond hair, wearing a back cardigan called me my name. I stood up and walked towards her, Kendall stayed in the waiting room. She walked me to a room and opens the door for me. I walked in and the man sitting behind the desk stood up and shook my hand.

"Hi my name is Tom, you must be Sophie" he said.

"Yes that's me, nice to meet you to"

"Take a seat" Tom said pointing to the seat beside me. "Ok, I have read through your whole contract. You are trying to get out if this contract as soon as possible, or are you just trying to get out of the 3 extra years?" He asked.

"Mostly just the three years. My contract ends very soon anyway."

He looked through papers, asked me questions and talked about ways I could get out of this contract.

"I think we have a case here." He said.

I couldn't stop smiling after he said that. I was so relieved.

"But. That doesn't mean we are gonna win for sure. This is 50/50. It could go either way."

My smiled quickly disappeared.

He added, "It's a tough a case but I think we can do it."

He then kept going on giving me any other information I needed to know. He said he would email me with the court date and stuff like that.

When I left I went back and told Kendall I would tell her everything when we got back to the hotel. I didn't really say much to her on out way back to the hotel. It was silent.

Ok so I know I'm kind if stopping the chapter in the middle but I feel soooo bad for not writing. I've been super busy lately so I'll try to get the rest of this chapter up later!!
