3. COOL KIDS ON THE BLOCK (PT.1)

The principle of the school hold an assembly because the principle wants to make some announcement.

'What's announcement this suddenly?' Donghyuck thought. Because this school won't held an assembly like once in every week. They do when there's some very important event or announcement to make.

The whole school stand in few lines according to their respective class. Then Donghyuck stood all the way back from their line and his friends were stood in front of him.

The principle stood on the stage and the whole school were in silence.

'Today, I want to make a very important announcement here and everyone must be listen carefully. It's about our school's upcoming basketball match this  year and there will be some other players from other schools will join our annual basketball match this year.'

Donghyuck just sighed. 'Wah!! It's a basketball match, I'm sooo excited!! My baby will definitely join this!!' Jaemin said excitedly.

Donghyuck shooked his head at Jaemin and said 'Well, he's a good basketball player that the principle have high hopes on him, of course he will join.'

Jaemin giggled and he thought that Jeno will absolutely looks so attractive when he played basketball, then he started to daydream about him that how hot he is.

Donghyuck just rolled his eyes and just stood there paid attention to the principle.

'There's a team called NCT will participate this year basketball match and our team Dreamies will have a match with them.'

All the girls were squealing in excitement because NCT have a bunch of visuals, scratch that all of them and they are the strongest and most capable team in this whole town.

'And Lee Jeno my boy, I hope your team can win this year. I have a high hope on you and your whole teammates. Don't let us down and come back with an excellent result atleast.'

Jeno thought that he will doomed this year even though that he is the best player in this school and a team captain but the pressure is getting him.

Then Jaemin hold his hand and said 'Don't worry babe, you'll be doing fine. Fighting!' Jeno then smiled at his supportive boyfriend and nodded his head 'Yeah I will, thanks.' Jaemin smiled cheekily and squeezing his hand reassuring him.

Donghyuck looked at those two being lovey dovey in front of him and sighed. He thought that when he will be like them, having around each other. Then he pushed away the thoughts and forget about it because he will be single for entire life he thought.

Chenle just looked at Donghyuck worriedly that he could actually read his mind or something. Chenle knew that he likes Mark and so does Mark. He wanted to make them together once and for all.

After the assembly finally dismissed, all of the student went back to their class.

Donghyuck sit on his desk and Chenle sat besides him. Donghyuck just stared at the window and spaced out.

Mark then sat down to his seat and looked at Donghyuck worriedly and decided to asked Chenle what's wrong with him. Actually he's been watching Donghyuck all the time but they rarely talked to each other because still awkward.

'Chenle.'

'Hm? What's wrong my buddy?'

'Erm, I'm just asking, what's wrong with him?'

'Him? Who? Oh this guy over here?' Chenle pointed at Donghyuck still spacing out.

Then Mark nodded his head and Chenle smirked and said 'He's thinking about someone.'
