25. LOVESICK

Donghyuck woke up naturally and roamed his hands around the bed felt empty beside him. Then he jolted up from the bed while rubbing his eyes.

'Mark?' He called out but no response.

'Where is he?' As he got off from the bed and he saw a note that sticks on the nightstand.

"Hey Hyuckie, my dad called me for an emergency that I had to go home immediately and I had to go out from the town for few days until my dad send me back home and went off for another business trip. If you miss me, just text me. Love Mark"

'Fuck you.' He muttered and sat on the bed still staring at Mark's note.

Then someone opened the door and it was Chenle.

'Hey you're awake and where's Mark?'

'His dad called him and went out of the town for an emergency.' Donghyuck pouted.

'But we have school today.'

'I know I bet he won't attend today's classes.'

'Aww don't be sad, he'll be back soon.'

'But for few days Le. How could I lived without him for few days?' Donghyuck groaned in frustration.

'Erm, just be patient Hyuck, if you miss him just text him.'

'I know but I miss him in person.'

'You guys just slept together last night.'

'But -'

'No buts. Get up and go wash up right now.'

'Aish fine.' Donghyuck grumbled as he walked to the bathroom lazily.

Chenle just shook his head and went downstairs.

Donghyuck just sat there spacing out at the classroom, not paying attention for the class. He missed Mark so much, like very much. He sighed for the millionth times and felt sad. Chenle sat beside him, looking at him worriedly.

'Yah, don't be sad Hyuckie. I know that you miss him so much, he'll be back soon.' Chenle tried to reassure his lovesick friend and Donghyuck just sighed.

'I just missed him so much. I already get used to his accompany. He always kissed on my forehead, holding hands and the other things that we always do.'

'I know that but he had to, it's not that he wanted to happen.'

'I know, I just missed him even we had slept together last night.' Donghyuck sighed as he looked through the window. Chenle just shook his head feeling helpless.

'Psst, what's wrong with him?' Jihoon whispered at Chenle.

'He just lovesick.'

'Oh, it's about Mark eh?'

'Uh huh.'

'By the way, why he's not coming to class today?'

'He had an emergency and went out from the town with his dad for few days.'

'Oh okay. I understand.' Jihoon nodded his head.

Donghyuck just sat there staring at outside, he's traced some imaginary lines onto the window and he's just not in a mood right now. Chenle didn't want to bother him because he knew Donghyuck for a long time and it's not a good timing to mess someone's mood he thought.

'I really miss you Mark, I really wanted to text you but for some reasons, I couldn't. I bet you were busy right now.' Donghyuck mumbled sadly as he continues to sigh again and again.
