*Buzz Buzz*
I wake up to the horrid sound of the alarm, I groan and toss around the bed, finally sitting up and stretching my arms over my head. I look over at my small nightstand and unplug my phone from its charger and grab it.
6:45 AM
Eh I have a little time. I unlock my phone and I quickly send my streaks and scroll through Instagram.
"Wow Ariana Grande looks good in that picture." I whisper to myself, liking the picture she had just posted.
I put my phone down, jumping out of bed I get out and walk into my bathroom. I look in the mirror and see my hair slightly a mess with baby hairs sticking out everywhere, I sigh at the sight and put my hair smoothly up in a ponytail. I then grab my toothbrush and start brushing my teeth. Walking into my closet, I look everywhere for my favorite running clothes. I then find it hidden under the rest of my running clothes. I slip on my Nike leggings, a black sports bra, a windbreaker, and my running shoes. I make sure everything is turned off in my room and grabbing my phone I make my way downstairs. I carefully watch my step making sure I don't trip over any of the stairs, yeah surprisingly it still happens sometimes.
I walk into my small kitchen, my apartment wasn't that big since it was only me.
I'm currently 18 and i'm living on my own in Los Angeles. My parents and family live in Las Vegas, I came here and left everything behind to pursue my dream, to become a model. I do little gigs right now for small companies needing models to show their clothing lines, but i'm progressing, slowly.
The apartment is quite cozy though I can't complain. I open one of the cabinets and grab a water bottle and fill it up with ice and water. I then grab my earbuds, keys, phone, and make my way out.
I lock the door behind me and walk down the porch steps and into the sidewalk. I put in my earbuds and listen to my music.
I start to jog and increase my pace to a run. The feeling of the air blowing through my hair and face, and my feet going so fast it feels like you're skidding through the air. It's quite an extraordinary feeling.
After a few minutes I reach the park that is close to my apartment.
It's a cute little park, with a small place for kids to play with small slides and courses, then there is a big playground with huge slides and obstacle courses, not many kids went on that one as they were afraid of the huge slides. Next to the small playground there were 4 swings inside a pit filled with some type of support so if they fell, it wouldn't hurt as bad. These swings was a popular place for the children.
Behind these playgrounds there was this little field with some trees separating the two and making a small entrance.
I sit down on the field and do some ab workouts, and some push-ups, finishing up.
I take a quick glance at my phone to read the time.
7:56 AM
Oh shoot it's late I thought.
I pick up all of my stuff and quickly run back to my apartment complex.
I walk in the doors and greet the front desk lady, Lisa. She waves back and continues on with her task on the computer. I hop in the elevator and push the number 5 button. Thankfully there wasn't anyone with me in the elevator so it took me straight for my floor.
Once I hear the ding, signaling I have arrived, I walk out and walk down the hallway until I see the number 8, my room number. I unlock my door and walk in, taking off my shoes.
