Chapter 7: The bet

GRIMORE'S P.O.V

I was going to the store with Aavri-chan and Rei, Aavri-chan told me to come with her to the store and Rei has to come with Aavri because of their bet. "Rei, where did you get your sun glasses?" Aavri asked Rei,

"I always need sun glasses when going out so that I can be fabulous." Rei answered. "Well then I guess I'll have to wear my golden necklace with a matching bracelet." Aavri boasted.

"Will you guys stop, it's pissing me off more." I told them both. "Wait. More?" They both asked. Yeah, it already pisses me off when I found out I was going to be with Rei, and Aavri you already know I hate Rei's guts,

"So why did you make me tag along?" I told Aavri, ignoring Rei. "Tsk" Rei said, but I just ignored him. "Grim-chan, I wanted you to come because I need you to go shopping with me, and you always see cheap but cool stuff."

Aavri said "Yeah I know about that, but why did Rei have to come along?" I asked "Because he said he needed to buy something for the Rin and because he is going to carry all of our bags." Aavri explained

"Yeah but still we can't make him suffer if we can only buy a few things, because we don't have that much money." I asked "That's precisely what we got you for." Aavri said while winking at me.

We arrived at the store, I saw Rei glaring at me and I glared back him, he got scared and stopped glaring at me, serves him right, he should know better than to piss me off.

"Grim-chan do you want anything?" Aavri asked "Nope, nothing in particular but I guess I'll just buy juice for all of us." I said "Okay, be careful Grim-chan, me and Rei will be heading to the accessories."

Aavri said. I parted with the "idiot couple" and went to the drinks, but before I could get to the drinks, someone pulled me into a room while covering my mouth so that I wont make any noise.

"I'll release my grip from you if you keep your voice down." He said, but his voice sounds somewhat familiar. He released his grip from me. I looked at him and he took off his hood, it was Rin the emperor.

"What are you doing? Why aren't you in the palace?" I asked with this face -_- "Can you do something for me?" He asked "Why should I?" I protested. "Because you owe me one." Rin answered. "When

did I ever owe you one, this is only the second time we've met." I told him getting pissed. "When I saw you in the palace with Gou, I didn't call the guards." "Even if you call the guards, Gou will stop you."

"You have a point there." He agreed. "See... I told you so." "Just do this for me, at least this time, I'll be the one that owes you something." He said "Well that depends, what do you want me to do anyway?"

I asked getting interested. "Well, I have a feeling that my personal maid has been stealing from me, today she is in her day off, I need you to follo-" I cut him and said "Talk to a rock, can't you just hire spy to do that sh*t."

"You didn't even know what the task was! Okay so listen the task is to fo-" i cut him again and said "Yeah I know, you're gonna make me follow your maid and see if she really is stealing from you right?"

"Can you stop cutting my sentences, you do know that I'm the emperor. You're right I'm gonna make you follow her but I'm going with you too. "Yeah... not happening." I told him. I was getting tired of this

"I'm heading back now." I was about to stand up. "Wait! If you do this task, not only will I owe you one b-" I cut him once again "You already owe me one, ever since the first time we met,

if it wasn't for me your imouto(little sister) would have been hostage to some criminals." I said "fine then, if you do this for me, I'll owe you two and I'll give you fifty gallons of water."

He said "70" "Not 70, 60" "50" "70 gallons. "Or else I won't do this task for you" I warned "Fine, but why do you want 70 gallons?" He asked.

"So that me, Aavri, Blaze, Sapphira, Haru, Makoto and Nagisa would have 10 gallons of water each." I explained "What about Rei?" He asked "I hate his guts, plus, Aavri and the others would give him water, I think."

We went out of the room without anyone noticing us. We went out of the store, When we went out of the store I saw Rei and Aavri cuddling and thought to myself, they are really the densest and the most idiotic couple I have ever seen and met

in my whole life.

"Where does your maid live?" I asked. "I don't know where she lives bu-" "YOU DON"T KNOW WHERE SHE LIVES!!!!! HOW CAN WE SPY ON HER THEN?!?!?!?!" I asked with this face >~<

"Wait! you didn't make me finish my sentence. I don't  know where she lives but I know her hang out place." he said. a few minutes have passed "Well... are you gonna tell me her hang out and spy on her or not?"

I asked getting annoyed. "Oh sorry, the hang out place is Splash Inn." He answered "Splash Inn? That's where I stay." I told him confused. "Well then we have luck on our side, C'mon let's go!"

He said. We went to Splash Inn. I told him to wait in the lobby, I was just gonna get my daggers, I only have 2 swords, and I like having a bunch of weapons. I went back to the lobby.

"So... where in the Inn does she stay???" I asked "Let's ask the girl behind the counter." "Ok" we aproached the girl behind the counter "Excuse me, which room is Cindy in?" Rin asked the girl.

"Yes, she is in room 107. would like me to inform  her that you are here?" "No need, she already knows." Rin told the girl with a smile, I don't know why, but I feel weird. We were going to room 107,

a big group of people came and the hallway is small. It caused Rin to trap me with his arms on the wall. (Note: look at last game chapter 17 in the train) "Rin..." I called him. While I'm still trapped.

" Yeah?" he responded. "Can you please tell me why you don't have a shirt??" I asked my face was like this -_- and my face was saying 'seriously?' "Well.. I just finished swimming at the time I caught you."

He explained "Why didn't you bother to wear a shirt, oh and one more thing, can you free me already?" I told him. "Oh right." He freed me "I didn't wear a shirt because I was in a hurry, so I just got a robe." He said.

"Ok" "You know what, let's just let Cindy off the hook, I'll just consider what shenstole a gift from me and I'll make sure she won't steal from me ever again." he said "You still owe me though,

and you still have to give me 70 water and a cart to carry the buckets of water." I said, when I told him that sentence his face was -_-" I'm gussing he doesn't want to give me water "Fine." he said.

I went to the palace and got MY water and went back to the Inn. I saw the gang and approached them. "Hey guys." I called "Whoa..." they all said their faces were *o* because of all the water.

Grim-chan where did you get all that water?" Blaze asked "Let's just say a certain someone gave it to me because of a favor."I said "Ohhh.. So that's where you've been." Aavri said "What? Where was I?" I asked

"I don't know, you tell me." Aavri said.  "I was with Rin, he made me Spy on someone in exchange of 70 gallons of water."I explained "WHOAHHHHH!!!!!!! 70 GALLONS OF WATER!!!!" They all said with the same face as a while ago.

"Yeah, we all have 10 gallons each." "WHOAHHH 10 GALLONS EACH!!!!"
