The Divide {Part 4}

2. Party Crasher

Tony was speechless. He spilled his drink on the floor right in front of the girl. "Uh-uh" Tony stuttered, "I-I'll be back". Tony budged his way through the dancing people. He spotted Thor next to the bar sharing a drink with Bruce.

"Thor" he gasped for air. "She's here. It's her" he said breathless. Thor rose to his feet. "What is she doing here?" Tony asked. Thor chugged his drink, "Audrey sent her here. I don't have consent of her anymore. It's his child and we have to tell him now" he stated. "Woah woah woah. Not now. You're going to make a sce-" Tony was pushed to the side.

Thor pulled the fire alarm. People began to scream and run out of the elevators and down stairs. The girl still stood in her place, planted like a tree. The fumes from the automatic fire extinguishers faded and a good look of the girl was now present.

"Holy fucking shit" whispered Nat to herself. Steve stood next Bucky and Meredith. Bucky had his arm around Julia and Meredith had hers around Daniel. Bruce took his glasses off, "Well I'll be damned".

Everyone was focused on the young girl. Peter coughed and waved his hands around at the fumes. "Who the hell did that. We were having so much f-" Peter quit talking to see why everyone was so quiet.

"Oh!" Meredith cried crouching her knees. Peter looked Mer's direction. Grant was trying to support his mother. "Oh my god!" she wailed. Bucky took over and pulled Meredith into another room. Peter had a concerned look on his face.

"What's going on?" Peter questioned. Thor came face to face with him. "Do you remember Audrey?" Thor asked him. Peter took down a large gulp of remembrance. He only nodded. "Well. In the world of Demi-gods, when a human and the princess, who dies to live her life as a demi-goddess, love each other, the princess sends a child down to Earth so that the loved one they left can have something to hold onto".

Peter peeked around Thor's large body. "You're telling me that's my daughter". Thor closed his eyes and bobbed his head. Peter looked at the girl again. She looked so much like him, the light-curled brown hair. Her facial features were so similar to his, but what she had that he didn't were those blues eyes that were exactly like Audrey's.

He knew it was his daughter. The sense was tingling inside but he wanted to know why he didn't know till now. Peter choked up. "Where has she been-" Thor cut him off and pulled him by his arm. Nat and Wanda walked over to the girl. "Hi sweetie" Wanda said, "they are going to talk to your dad for a little bit before we let you two see each other. I'm going to take you to a separate room for now". Wanda ushered the little girl by the back into a different room.

"What in the hell!" Peter squirmed, "I wanna know the damn tru-" his voice was cut off by the slamming of a door. Tony, Steve, Bucky, Nat, Clint and Bruce all came in the room. "Sit Parker. And let us explain" Tony snapped. "Yeah you have a lot to explain. I have a kid and no one ever told me!" he yelled.

"We get it. Okay. Basically when your girlfriend died, her kind delivers a kid to Earth so that you can have something to hang onto". Peter had his head drooping in his hands. "But she's like how old now?! Where has she been?! Obviously not with me!" he shouted. "She came along in the rivers in my home of Asgard. My wife Jane and I took care of her" Thor replied.

"But why didn't you tell me!" he screamed.

"You were still in school Peter!" Tony stood up, shouting. "You were so young! Do you think that you could have kept up with school, work and your duty saving the big city?!" he stated. "You should be awful thankful that Jane and Thor took her in for you while they did because I am sure as hell you wouldn't have been able to do it and Aunt May would have lost her shit if she had found you had a child" he yelled clenching his teeth.
