8. The Announcement

Today we're telling the whole crew we're dating! I'm so excited! I still can't believe he likes me. I love him so much, he's so handsome, supportive, funny, etc. Well time to go to work.

~Time Skip~

"Hey Gunner!" I said walking through the door. I'm guessing everyone else is either in the warehouse or their offices.

"Hey (Y/n)! You seem pretty happy." He says.

"I am pretty happy!"

"I love your spirit!" He chuckles.

"Is Bobby here yet?" I ask.

"Yeah, he's in his office."

"Thanks." I walk upstairs to his office. Luckily, his is next to mine.

"Hey Bobby!"

"Hey babe! What's up?" I blush at the name.

"Nothing much. When do you wanna tell them?"

"In a little while. My brother Billy is coming back to work today." He stands up.

"You didn't tell me you had a brother." I cross my arms.

"Yeah, he worked here before, but then he had to finish school. Now he's back."

"That's great! I can't wait to meet him..." I say a little down.

"Something wrong?" He asked with concern.

"Mhm, sorry." I wanna tell him so bad. I honestly had forgotten then what he said made me remember.

"What's up? You seem upset." He walks up to me.

"Just.. thinking.. it's nothing, really." I smile.

"Fine, I'll leave you alone. Just know you can tell me anything." He says grabbing my hand.

"We're together now." He added, planting a kiss on my hand. I smile.

"You're right."

"Billy!" We hear everyone yell.

"He's here! Let's go!" He takes me downstairs, still holding my hand. Once we get down there he let's go.

"Hey Billy!" Bobby smiles

"Bobby! It's so good to see you again!" They hug.

"You too! Billy this is (Y/n)." He places a hand on my shoulder.

"Hi its nice to meet you!" I say, holding my hand out.

"Nice to meet you too! How long have ya been here?" He shakes it.

"About a week."

"Cool! Well, its good to be back."

~Time Skip~

We're gonna make the announcement later today. I think I'm gonna tell them the other thing first. I need to get it off my chest.

"(Y/n)! Someone is here to see you!" I hear him say.

"Oh okay. Send them in!" When I see who opens the door, I'm starstrucked.

"T-Thomas?" I stand up.

"Hey little sis." My brother says.

"Oh my gosh!" I run up and hug him.

"I can't believe your actually here!" I'm crying right now.

"It's so great to see you again. Look at you." He says getting out of the hug.

"You've definitely changed." He smiles.

"You have too!" I chuckle.

"Hold up! You have a brother?!" Sam asks.

"Yeah well, I was gonna tell you guys later but then he showed up. Guys this is Thomas, my older brother." I wrap my arm around his.

"Oh my gosh! Its so nice to meet you." Joey smiles.

"You too." He said cheerfully.

"How did you find me? Where have you been?" I ask, looking up at him.

"Well I watch Battle Universe and.. well we're gonna have to catch up." Thomas says softly.

"Well how about you stay for a while and we can do that." I suggest.

"Sounds great!"

"I can't believe your brother is Thomas Sanders." Sam say as she walks up to me.

"How do you know him?" I raise a brow.

"He has a channel, and he use to be on vine." She explains.

"What? Thomas why didn't you tell me?!" I look at him.

"Uh heh well I.." Thomas rubs the back of his neck.

"Nope, it's okay. We haven't seen each other in 4 years after all."

"Welp that's a long time." Joey says.

"Ohh yeah."

"So how's mom?" He asks, my smile drops.

"They.. they didn't tell you?" I look at him with shock.

"Tell me what?" He asks with a puzzled face.

"Mom, she died a few days ago..." I say in a soft tone.

"W-What?! How?" He chokes.

"Dad." I say plainly.

"No! What did he do this time?" He says tearing up. I take him up stairs and explain everything. He was pretty upset. I told him to worry about now.

"I'm never gonna leave you again (Y/n), I'm so sorry." He hugs me.

"Its okay Thomas, I'm sure you had a good reason."

~Time Skip~

"Hey can we have your attention everyone?" Bobby calls. The whole crew and my brother are in the warehouse. The perfect time to announce.

"Me and (Y/n) have something to tell you."

"We're dating!" Me and him say in unison. Everyone is surprised and really happy for us. It's a good thing Bobby and Thomas got along pretty quickly.

Today was actually a great day.
