Giddy Up! - Chapter 22

The rest of the school week went pretty well. It was now the weekend and Hayes did have Magcon so we did homework and hung out. When we finished our homework we went to the park to the little secret spot that Hayes made me lunch for our first date. Hayes brought a picnic and I brought a blanket. We sat on the ground and had some sandwiches. Nash was coming back from Chicago soon so we couldn't be too long. Hayes told me he had two surprises for me.

Hayes said " 1. We don't have to meet nash at the airport and 2. Maybe I'll save it for when we get there"

"Hayes tell me now or I'll" I said in a playful voice

 "or you what? Won't kiss me?" Hayes said.

"Yeah that's a good one, if u don't tell me I'll never kiss you again"

Hayes was playing along and finally broke the silence

"ok that's not fair for me and fine I'll tell you. We are going on a trail ride with some horses"

"oh my gosh i'm so excited!" I said.

I hugged Hayes and he hugged back. We finished lunch and went to the stable. Hayes had only been on pony rides so this was fairly new to him, unlike me who rides all the time. When we got there, the horses were waiting.

We went into the woods and just talked, we only walked the horses becuase Hayes didn't know how to trot or canter and I didn't want anyone falling off. We rode around for about an hour and went back to the stable. 

Today was amazing...
