SAMANTHA'S POV:
"Are you okay?" He asked me.
It was Chris, he apologized for flirting with me before school ended when Hayes got mad at him for his little "set up" or whatever you want to call it. I guess we're friends now and I'm pretty sure he has a girlfriend so why not tell him, I'm sure he's over me.
"It's Hayes he's being a jerk" I confessed letting a sigh out at the end.
"Hey it's ok. Why do you care what he thinks? You have Shawn don't you?" He asked.
"Yeah I'm just not sure maybe-" I began but he cut me off and actually finished my sentence for me.
"You still like Hayes?" He smirked.
"I think, I really don't know" I told him.
"Samantha I know you like Hayes and I know he likes you. He's being such a jerk because he wants you back. He's probably mad at Shawn for having the best girl in the world."
Wow since when did he get so wise?
"How so you know all this?" I asked him.
"Because I'm a guy" he laughed.
This actually made me feel better just being by the ocean and having someone that gets me talk with me.
"I understand a lot of people. And you were thinking out loud" Chris laughed.
"Shoot" I muttered under my breath.
"I heard that too" Chris said.
"Haha well i have to go now I'm babysitting"
I got up and gave him a quick meaningless hug. I think he sniffed my hair, I'm creeped out.
CHRIS' POV:
I smelt her hair. It smelt good. Yeah I have a girlfriend she won't know.
SAMANTHA'S POV:
On my way home I texted Mary, Kitty and Genna to help me babysit with shawn. I got a text from Kitty.
"
From Kitty: be over shortly Mary, Genna and I are going to pay Hayes a visit.
