I wasn't seeing much of Jack. He was traveling a lot to South of the equator where he had to deliver winter. I understood that he had to leave, I mean he was a winter spirit, he has responsibilities. In the days he was gone I'd gotten busier with my duties as queen. Two of the neighboring countries were having issues and a war could possibly break out. I was trying my best to help calm the situation down by not taking sides but that wouldn't really help. They were angry at each other for some selfish and greedy reason that I didn't want to know. I had invited representatives from each country to Arendelle to try and make peace, so I was glad that I didn't have to worry about Jack.

The two countries were Aurelia and Estovakia. Aurelia is a country full of rich soil and strong minerals from the earth. It relies mostly on farming and fishing because of its rich soil and fertile oceans. It's very reliable and a trust worthy country with kind people and a fair ruler. Aurelia is a very well protected country, with skilled craftsmen and soldiers. While Estovakia is a country for thieves and corrupt men who thrive off of stealing and selling cheap goods. They are skilled in the way of lying and taking what they think should be theirs. I don't know how such a great country could get involved with such a bad one but I didn't want to know the reason. Arendelle was right in the middle of these two countries, so I had to find a way to stop them. I couldn't let my people get hurt because I sat by and watched. I needed to take action to help protect my country from such a threat and I found a way. By inviting representatives from both the countries on neutral ground, they could talk it out before making any drastic moves.

I had to help them make it right, make peace so they wouldn't go to war. So I asked the leaders of both of the countries to send a representative and they both agreed. The representative from Aurelia, a thin young woman with black flowing hair. The representative sent form Estovakia was a tall, skinny man with rat like features. The women had nice manners and was very respectable, her name was Adeline. While the man was mischievous, jittery, his name was Malik. They each stayed in the castle but in separate wings, thankfully. Each would stay for about a week and talk out the issues between both of their countries. I would sit in on each conversation but not contribute a word, I was only there to make sure they didn't kill each other.

Even if Jack didn't have to go give the land South of the equator it's winter, I wouldn't be able to see him very much. I was constantly at meetings between my two guests, I wouldn't be able to pay him any attention. All this talk of war was stressing me out and the last thing I wanted to worry about were my powers. That was another issue for another time. I had a much bigger problem to deal with that involved my people rather than me. War was not something to be taken lightly. I wasn't experienced with violence, other than that altercation last year. I didn't know how to fight a war, win a battle, write master plans that lead to victory. At night I'd lay in my bed not being able to sleep, the thought of my people dying because of others problems wouldn't leave my mind. I was stressed, tired and very irritated.

I was sitting in my study after one of the meetings between the two representatives when I heard a tap on the window. I looked over my shoulder to see Jack there, waiting for me to open the window. He just couldn't use the from door, he just had to come a disrupt me from focusing on my work. I walked over to the window, unlatched it and opened it for him to come in. I walked back to my desk, sat down and put my head in my hands. I sighed, waiting for Jack to say something.

"Hey Elsa, what's wrong?" He asked me as he walked over to my desk.

"You know, just war, destruction, bad people. The usual" I replied sarcastically.

"Well you can tell me."

"I really don't want to get into it Jack."

"Oh come on, just get it off your chest. Wait! I have a better idea, let's go out for a little bit and practice. Go and get you mind off things" he asked enthusiastically.
