There he stood at the backdoor of Jin’s apartment, deciding whether or not he should knock on the door. Luckily, just as he was about to turn around and leave, Jungkook swung open the door.

“Don’t worry, I’ll be fine” he said as he chuckled, but the smile on his face fell when he came face to face with Taehyung. Jimin appeared right behind him laughing as well.

“I’ll take him with me, don’t worry Hyung” but as he turned around Taehyung had the same affect on him as well. Taehyung stood there awkwardly scratching the back of his neck as he thought of what to say.

“Listen Kookie I-” he started off but was soon cut off by a light shove.

“I've heard enough, come on Jiminie Hyung” Jungkook said as he took Jimin's hand in his and began to pull him away from Taehyung.

“Hold on let me just-” Jimin said as he shit the door and followed Jungkook quickly. Taehyung followed behind them trying to grab Jungkook's attention.

“Kookie I know you're mad and I am sorry. I didn't mean for things to come out the way they did. I was angry over something stupid, I really am sorry” he shouted. Jungkook came to a sudden stop causing Jimin to bump into him. Jungkook turned on his heel and face Taehyung a cold look.

“Hyung, a simple sorry can not fix what you have said, can’t you see that you are obsessed with the idea of having caught a mermaid that you forgot that Jimin is as much of a person as we are. He has the same feelings we do and you blatantly ignored that and locked him up. He does not deserve that. You are the one you took him away from what he knew and it is you who should give him respect because of what you did. I am here to help him as much as I am here to help you. I don't want him to look at us as cold and inhumane. I have feelings, he has feelings, and you have feelings. However you chose to put ours aside for your own. Now if you'll excuse me, Jimin and I have somewhere to be.” with that he walked off with Jimin, who looked at him with wide-eyes.

“Kookie. . . a-are you okay?” he asked the boiling boy. Jungkook heaved a long sigh and lightly smiled at Jimin.

“Yea, better” he said truthfully, he felt lighter after telling Taehyung his concerns about the situation. Jimin returned the smile and held his hand tightly.

“Good” he said in relief.

Taehyung on the other hand felt like a pile of bricks fell on his shoulders. And he didn't know how to fix it that was for sure. Out of all the fights they have had, this one had his mind blank. This one fight had him feeling like there was nothing, no matter how well he knew his friend, nothing could fix the problem. That thought alone has him distraught. He turned on his heel and headed back to Jin’s place. Jin was the one person he knew could help him out. He helped him when he couldn't come up with a good thesis statement for his English paper and when he got in an argument about politics with Yoongi. He was certain that Jin would help him.

“I can't help you Tae” he said sternly.

“Oh come on Hyung, I need you to help me. I don't know how else to fix this” he said, his voice a clear plea for help.

“No Tae, you're on your own now. You know Kookie better than any of us. You have to fix this yourself. This is your mess not ours. You're the one that fucked up not us. I'm sorry Tae, but you're on your own this time” and with that Jin shut the door ever so lightly, leaving Taehyung with a weight in his heart.

“Do you miss home?” Jungkook asked the elder that sat in front of him. They were currently in a diner sipping on banana milkshakes. Jungkook lightly looked at Jimin as he released a soft sigh.
