~Next Day~
Y/N POV
I woke up in a park nearby a school I wanted to go to. Sure I wasn't enrolled to go to any school or have had a record but I still wanted to go. The school was made especially for those who wanted to learn something called "Nen" or to be a Hunter and learn Nen.
Today was Wednesday and I had no idea what time school started. I was clueless, yet confident. I was always told that I was smart for my age.
{Sorry, but I also forgot to mention that you are 12 years old in this.}
I headed towards and into the school, luckily there were some teachers that I would be able to ask for help.
I turned towards one of the adults and asked "U-um excuse me, can you tell me where the main office is?"
The teacher had turned around and faced me. "You must be new around here, what school did you come from?" she asked
"I uh, I was Home...schooled??" I said unsure about my answer hoping that she would get what I meant.
"Ah I see. Allow me to introduce myself as we walk towards the office" she said as I followed her to the journey of walking through hallways.
"My Names is Ms. Bisky, one of the teachers here at Hunters Academy. May I ask what your name is?" she asked curiously.
"It's (Y/N), (Y/N) (L/N)" I responded.
"Well Nice to meet you Miss. (L/N)." she said throwing her hand at me signaling me to shake it, which I did of course.
"Nice to meet you too Ms. Bisky." I said smiling.
We arrived at the main office only to be greeted by the director of the school himself.
"Mr. Netero, I have a student here who seems to be looking for you" Ms. Bisky said while putting both of her hands on my shoulders moving me forward a bit.
"Ah, well thank you Ms. Bisky" The director, Mr. Netero, said.
And with that, Ms. Bisky left the office.
"What may I assist you with, child" Mr. Netero said.
"I was wondering if I could enroll in this school, I want to learn..." I said a bit desperate.
Mr. Netero looked at me with a somewhat confused look.
"What might your name be?" he questioned.
"(Y/N), (Y/N) (L/N)" I said
I waited in complete silence for a moment while he took time processing.
"Please follow me" he commanded.
He lead me to his personal office down a small hallway off to a bit on the left away from the door.
As we both entered the room he immediately sat down in his desk and searched up my name on his computer.
"I don't seem to have you enrolled at this school, actually, you don't seem to have a record of going to school at all" he said
"Yes, yes, I know. I was umm, homeschooled for the time being....." I said a bit afraid that he might reject me from entering.
"I-if I can start enrolling can I start school today? I beg you, please let me come to school here." I said pleading.
"Where are your parents? Miss. (L/N)" he questioned. It almost seemed like he completely ignored what I said but I knew he heard me.
*cr*p I can't tell him that I'm a runaway or he would for sure not let me in, ugh! What to do, what to do... *
"M... M... My Parents... Are..... Th-they passed.... Away" I said sadly.
{Please don't find this offending if you did lose your parents or any parent, I am sorry for your loss.}
"Oh, sorry I asked. Then where's your Guardian?" he asked
Dang, if I knew this guy would want to know an adult I should've said that I was alone....or maybe.....maybe I still can!
"Bingo~ that's what I'll say. *
"I-I'm actually, alone..."I said practically almost on the verge of tears.
*(y/n), your such a good actress.*
'why thank you my dear conscience'
*No prob (y/n)*
"Well, I guess I can enroll you myself" Mr. Netero said.
"R-really?"as I looked up and wiped away some tears that slipped out.
"Yes, but to make sure that your worthy of coming here, I'll have a student keep an eye on you while you have classes." Mr. Netero said.
"Oh, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!" I jumped up and down in excitement.
"You're welcome, now let me call in the student to show you and help you during the day. Okay?" Mr. Netero said.
"Alright. " I said
