Oh Please,
Enlighten me
On how this is once again
Caused by my
Hand.

Speak your mind, Love
I don't mind
Tell Me
Is this Path
Yours
Or
Mine?

If you keep
Walking along
This path,
You will find
Its the wrong one.
Of course, it is mine.

If you want a safe path
Find a new one
And leave me behind
I will not be held down
By someone not willing
To take a risk.

If you replace me,
Good.

We agreed
To leave and be friends.
But maybe
Just maybe
I don't want a friend.
Maybe I wanted
Someone to hold me
Someone to care.
Maybe i wanted that to be you.

I need to understand
Why you couldn't
take the same risk
That I could.

But I do
You can't risk
What you fought so hard to maintain.

Unlike me
I have destroyed
What I once happily
Pretended to be.

But you
Continue to fake
Your life

When will you learn
To get through life
You have to risk something.

Whether it be your sanity
Or your family
You have to chose a path
And make it yours.
