Chapter 5

*Jack's p.o.v.*

-Dream-

I was frantically searching, but for what I had no idea. I kept hearing screams and crying, which it sounded familiar.

I ran through the maze of alleys, searching for the source of the sound. I had beads of sweat running down my face, and my legs hurt from running.

The more I ran, the closer I got to the sound. As I rounded a corner, I saw a heap in the shadowy part of the alley. I ran towards it panting, and saw some blood on the ground.

I heard quiet sniffles and saw the person's hand on their side. "Are you okay? Are you hurt?" I asked panicked, getting no reply. The sniffles stopped and it was dead silent.

"Hello? Are you oka-" I went to roll them over and when I did, I saw (Y/n). I gasped and backed away in horror, her eyes were glazed over and her body was turning colder by the second.

"(Y/n)?! No stay with me please!" I begged grabbing her hand and trying to find a pulse but found none. "Please.." I whispered, tears falling onto her body, my eyes practically a water fountain.

I laid next to her and cried, wishing I could hold her one last time.

-Dream end-

I was woken up by something shaking me. I shot upwards, sweat on my forehead. I looked over and saw a worried (Y/n). "Jack? Are you okay? You were practically crying." She asked, worry in her eyes.

I grabbed (Y/n) in a tight hug and pulled her onto my lap. I smashed my lips onto hers a little roughly, hoping that she won't vanish in a matter of seconds. We pulled away, me panting.

"I-Uh.. hehe..... bad dream?" (Y/n) blushed, making me kiss her cheek in response. "Y-Yeah. I dreamt that you died and I-I couldn't do anything about it... I don't want to lose you (Y/n)... I-I love you.." I stuttered, almost crying.

(Y/n) nodded thoughtfully while listening before saying, "I won't go anywhere Jack. I love you too." She kissed my cheek before going to the bathroom to take a shower. I brushed my hair and went to my desk to record a video. I really hope nothing happens..

*Your p.o.v.*

I quickly showered and made myself look presentable before recording a video. I was playing Uncharted 4 and thought I should do the last episode of it.

It didn't take long to complete the game, which I quickly edited the video and posted it for my fans, satisfied with my work.

When I was done, I walked out of my room and into the kitchen for some food. It was lunchtime by now so I was pretty hungry. I made myself some Mac&Cheese in the microwave and ate it happily while watching TV.

And, not long after, Jack came downstairs and grabbed a leftover sandwich to munch on. He sat next to me on the couch as we ate our food. We watched random shows as we ate, losing interest in some.

When I finished my food, I piped up asking, "Are we a thing now? O-Or..." He looked at me while smiling, replying, "we'll do you want to be?" He gave me a cheeky grin, making me blush and nod.

"Then we'll be a couple!" Jack's voice sounded really excited as he said that, which made him kiss my cheek in happiness.
