Mack
Faces and people seemed to buz around me as they told how sorry they were for my loss or that if I needed anything to call. All I could do was and use my not-so-fake-smile and smile at them.
If it wasn't for Astrid I don't think I would've made it through the day. Or week. "Where's your brother?" Sarah asked. "With Lilith somewhere." Astrid said as she looked around trying to spot the two. "Great my first day as a parent and I've already lost a kid." Aunt Sarah sighed and flopped down in her chair. "He's here Sarah, just not in your sight." Astrid smiled at her and rubbed her hand. "Thanks girls." She said and smiled back at us. She got up and to tell the rest of the people that my parents knew goodbye and thanks for coming.
"So where's Chris at, I thought he would be here?" Astrid looked around. "He left before I got out the hospital. Said that he couldn't be around someone that has to take care of kids that aren't their own." She just looked at me for a minute. "What a dick." Astrid said. I nodded. She was right he is a dick. And he treated my Aunt she was shit on the bottom of his perfect $100 shoes. Why anyone would pay that much for a pair of shoes is beyond me.
I watched as everyone left the house waving good-bye while trying hold flowers and control their kids at the same time. "Hey Mack." I heard someone say behind me. I turned around and saw Logan standing there looking like a lost puppy. "Hey Logan." I replied back awkwardly.
I broke up with him at the party that I snuk out to before all of this happened. "How are you holding up?" He asked and looked at his shoes. "I'll be okay." I told him. But really I just wanted to be alone. "That's good. Well gotta go. My dad's waiting for at the shop. I just thought I'd stop by and pay my respects." He nodded and walked out my front door.
"Will the conversations ever be the same again?" I asked as Astrid walked up to me. "Hey Logan, I'm sorry but I'm not really feeling the spark anymore. I think I just need some time, bit I really think we should see other people." She looked at me. "I don't think it gets any easier then that sweetheart." She smiled. "Don't worry though. Okay?" She smiled. "I have to go. I have to work. But I'll be over tomorrow to check on you." She hugged me and walked out the door to her car. I sighed and walked up to me room laying on my bed. I felt the tears rolling down my face as I shut the light off and fell asleep not caring if I didn't take my make up and dress clothes off. I just wanted sleep.

Ambrose"You should get more brother. Might be good for you." I heard my brother say. "Do you have anything to do other then be here?" I asked. "No, I don't." Damian smiled cunningly and grabbed his ring of my desk and putting it on his finger. "Much better." He mumbled and flopped on my bed. "What are you doing here Damian?" I asked again. "You little brother." He said and I growled.
It was never me. It was always the same reason. Who can I drain first before the stories start to pile up. He got up. "Well I have things to do now that I have my ring back." And just like that he was gone. Leaving his cup of human blood on the table as he left. I sighed grabbing my keys and heading out the door.

She always came here to the Cemetery. To think and just draw while staring at the stone. It's been two moths since the crash. And this was my only way to see her without actually tell her that I'm here watching her. It was all that I could do.
Before I could think of anything else someone fell into me. "Are you alright?" I asked and helped her to her feet. I looked up to see that it was her. "Yeah, sorry. I saw something back there. I think I did anyway." She said. "I'm sorry I didn't catch your name." I laughed. "Ambrose Gilmore. And yours?" I asked. "Mackinliegh Mason." She said. I shook her and that's when smelled it. "Did you hurt yourself?" She rolled her sleeve up to reveal a fast and I took thst time to run away. I saw look up. Maybe she thought she was talking to herself. I don't know but I got in my car and took off.
