Suddenly someone lightly tapped
Ethan's back, quietly whispering into his ear "guess who's back" and something collapsed onto his head... a red liquid...wine.
He turned around to see a beautiful girl with snow coloured blond hair and vibrant green eyes.
He seemed shocked to see her...
almost scared.
She vigorously walked away.
I grabbed Ethan's shoulder and forcefully turned him towards me.
"Who is that?" I say concerned,
"No one" he said shutting me out.
E pulled me close, teasing me... I smiled an almost fake smile.
   "Please tell me who she is"  
    I said in a sorrow term

             He grabbed my hand while both of us are running up the stairs, we sat on a stone bench inches apart from each other, inseparable.
"If I told you, you'd probably think different of me, and I can't lose you Jayla."
I sighed "I'd never let you lose me Ethan." I held his hand patiently waiting for him to tell the story "about a year ago, I was living in New Jersey with my family... her name is Violet, she had a little brother named jake who me and my friend used to bully... I've changed and I regret everything. I want to apologize but I moved to Hollywood with my brother before I could explain Anything."  I took a deep breath in
"E that was a year ago, you're a bigger, better person... what you did wasn't great, but you're willing to apologize. Maybe you two will make up." I said while staring into his eyes.
"Jayla I only did it because my old best friend was dating her and she broke up with him harshly telling him how ugly and rude he was, but he was an amazing boyfriend to her I couldn't handle seeing him so sad... so I felt like hurting someone she loved would make me feel good, but I feel horrible now." He sighed, I squished his hand and wiped the tiny tear shedding down his face away. He looked at me, I gave him a small smile "it's ok Ethan" I gave him a hug and kissed his forehead. "Thank you Jayla, for everything... forgiving me, being here for me." I smiled and gently rubbed his back "I'm always here for you."  We pulled away and stood up hand in hand, "wanna head out?" I said directly looking at Ethan, he nods... I took out my phone and texted Savanna.

J: Savanna, me and Ethan are heading out, you and Grayson have fun.

I waited for a reply, me and Ethan walking to the uber we ordered.

S: okay luv you :)

I smiled and sat down beside Ethan tilting my head on his shoulder.
When we got to the apartment, I walked to my room I'm currently using while I'm waiting for a family.
I changed into a open cropped top and comfy black shorts finding myself in the mirror putting my hair into a high messy bun.
"Jayla will you please come out here please?" I walked out of my room and saw candles lighten up in the dark living room. I saw Ethan standing in the middle of the room, I walked up to him and smiling a confused smile... he was taking both my hands and placing them in his, I looked up to see Ethan looking down at me " Jayla Faye, will you make me the happiest guy in the world and be my girlfriend?" I was speechless, I remembered the promise I've made to myself "I will not fall in love during my journey... unless I'm ready for it." I think I am, Ethan makes me happy and I couldn't live without him. I looked up at him and the words blurred out of my mouth
"yes"
