Chapter 18

Aphmau POV:
Where is it? Why can't I find my hat? I can't be a nurse without a hat! I'm still looking for it, I looked in all the house and it is nowhere! I check the closet to see if it's there "Found it!" I grab it and put it on my head, but I see something else: a blue box which is writing 'PDH photos' I remember now, I put all the photos from high school. I take it and open it, the first photo is with me in a class, eating Pocky sticks. I always hid when I had those, i didn't want to play that game, but sadly Gene found me...

*flashback*
Lunch time!! I run to a class to eat my chocolate Pocky sticks, I don't want to kiss anyone! I sit in a cornet, open the box and eat. I only hear the sound of the sticks being eaten "I love chocolate Pocky sticks!!" I grab another one and eat. After I finish, I feel something on my lips, something soft and warm... I open my eyes... to meet with dark teal eyes... only one guy has these eyes. He smirks "Hey Kitty~!!" I blush "I guess you liked the kiss, because you didn't stop me~" without thinking I jump on him, then I smash my lips on his "You thief!" he laughs "It was one stick and it was delicious~" I say "I will give you more than a stick." I kiss him again, I play with his hair to make it messy "I never knew you had this side~" I look at him straight in the eyes "This is one of my sides." I get up and help him up "Want to go for a coffee?" he asks "You invited me?? I am honored!" I roll my eyes "Let's just go!" I grab his hand to drag him at the cafeteria and outside.

*back to present*
Everyone was shocked that I was with the leader of the Shadow Knights and Dante was the only one who clapped, I think he and KC ship us from that day. I look at the other photos, I see 1 with Garroth and Laurance fighting for me. The third one is with me, Katelyn and Teony "Aph? Did you find your hat?" I look at him "Yeah and I found the box with photos from PDH." I give him the photos "I forgot about them. So many memories." he looks at them "Look at this one. When Sasha and Zenix were kissing all over... ew..." I laugh "Don't be mean!" I put the photos back in the box and put it back in the closet "Nice costume" he says "Why thank you my lady! You look sexy in that costume~" I blush "Pervert" he grabs my waist to bite me "No no! I have enough marks! Calm yourself!" he laughs "I'm joking babe." I say "Ok Joker, let's not be late at the party." he grins "Alright Harley Quinn, let's go" I grab his hand. I hear music and see the smoke "Lucinda did a great job." I nod, then I knock on the door, Lucinda opens "Welcome to my party!! Come in!!" we enter. The place looks amazing!! Skeletons, pumpkins, spiders, candies, snacks, everything is looking scary "Now this is what I call a spooky house." I smile "I agree! Let's dance!" I drag him to the dance floor.

*few hours later*
Gene POV:
"Alright everyone, it's time for couple contest!! The first couple is Dante and Jenna, who are dressed as vampires!" Dante and Jenna get on the stage "And you said we would look ridiculous as vampires." she rolls her eyes "We look better as doctor and nurse, trust me." they get off the stage "The next couple is Katelyn and Travis as zombies." we sigh "Zombies? Kinda old..." she nods "The last couple is Gene and Aphmau dressed as bloody doctor AND nurse." we get on stage to do our scary dance. After our turn, Lucinda says "Ok, the couples were great, now it is time TO vote!" everyone goes to the table with the voting box "After Lucinda will say the winner, I wjll ask her." Lucy opens the box, then counts the votes "Ready to know the winners?" we yell 'YEAH' she says "Ok!! The winners are... Gene and Aphmau!!" I pick Aphmau to spin her "Congrats Genemau for winning!" our eyes widen, Kawaii~Chan and my brother laugh "Dante I swear!" I try to be mad, but I end up laughing "The 2 teams are tied on the second place." I take a deep breath "Everyone!! I have something to say!!" Lucinda stops the music "Aphmau, I want to confess you something, I know this is not a perfect time, but I want to do it." I continue "I have been in love with you ever since I laid my eyes on you, you are like an angel, a wonderful person, you know how to help your friends, to make the others happy and you are talented at scaring the bad guys." they chuckle "I have only one question." I put myself on one knee and take out a little box, everyone gasp "Aphmau, do you want to be my wife?" she starts crying "Yes! Yes!!" I put the ring on her finger, she jumps in my arms and kisses my lips, I kiss back, everyone is clapping "Looks like there will be a wedding very soon everyone!" we get up. Laurance walks towards me woth an angry face, I step back, I close my eyes to wait for a hit, instead I feel a warm hug "Please take care of her." I smile and hug him back "I will old friend." the girls say 'Aww!' I go back towards Aph "Let's enjoy the rest of the party." she says "Yeah!" we have a slow dance, because we are the winners of the contest "You made me so happy for saying yes." she giggles "I wouldn't say no, I love you." I smile "I love you too Aphmau." we share a kiss "I will be by her side until our time will come and we'll be in heaven together."
