Hey Percabeth fans and many other PJO and HOO!!!!!!! I am sorry that I haven't been able to update in while. My computer broke and my phone did, too. Even though it is an excuse i hope you guys can forgive by giving a update. This was suggested by TiadaughterofPoseidon and I finally got around to it. Anyway ON WITH THE STORY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lauren's POV

It has only been two weeks since Annabeth started coming to Goode High and they have been getting in trouble a lot for no PDA. I mean COME ON!!!!!! They need some self control and everyone thinks that its so annoying. Ok maybe it is only me who thinks that, everyone else is used to it since they already the school's favorite couple. Have I already said they have only been known in this school for two weeks?

Ugh. I should have known that Percy would never fall for a girl like me. Have I also mentioned before that I am a complete nerd? Annabeth has like the perfect package.

Anyway, right now I am walking out of class with Annabeth because she has the same class as me. Then, my heart skipped a beat when I saw him. Percy came walking down the hall and was trying to be quiet. When he saw that i noticed him, he put a figure over his mouth signaling me to be quiet. Then he put his hands over Annabeth eyes.

"Guess who it is." Percy whispered in her ear.

Annabeth then smirked. "Is it Carlos?"

Percy pretended to be hurt by putting a hand over his heart. "How could you mix a sweet, kind person like me with a cold hearted bully?" He gasped.

"I was joking, Seaweed Brain." Annabeth gave Percy a peck on the lips and I almost threw up.

"Have you people forgotten about me." I said and they laughed.

"Of course I haven't forgotten about you bestie." Percy fist bumped me. "Anyway, I even want to ask you something."

"What is it?"

"After school I need to talk to you. When I drop Annabeth off at home, we should meet at Star Bucks." Percy said and I blushed.

"Um, sure. Are you coming Annabeth?" I asked her and she smiled.

"No. You two need to talk." She answered.

"Ok." Then the bell rung. Percy and I split up from Annabeth, so we could go to class we have the same class this period. "Isn't you girlfriend mad about you hanging out with another girl alone."

"No not really it was her idea anyway." Percy replied.

I waited outside of Star Bucks for Percy and I finally see him coming out from the crowd. I was about walk up to him, but then I tripped over someone's foot.

I closed my eyes waiting for impacted, but it never came. I opened my eyes and I was face to face with Percy Jackson. I blushed so hard that the shade was darker than a tomato. Percy's arm was even around my waist.

"Thanks." I murmured.

"No problem." Percy chuckled and we walked into the place. We ordered what we want and we found a place to sit.

"So what did you want to talk to me about?" I asked.

"Ok, Annabeth thinks this not me. Though I don't think its true she told me talk to you about." Percy looked serious which is a first.

"What is it?"

"Do you actually have feelings for me as in more than friends?" Percy asked awkwardly. I swear that my blood literally drained from my face. How did Annabeth find out? I didn't tell anybody. Percy them sighed. "I guess from the sudden quietness it is true."

I found all the courage I had to speak. "Yes." Percy sighed and murmured something about always being right. Soon we were called up to get our drinks and Percy went to get them.

Percy came back and handed me my drink. "Listen you already know that I have a girlfriend, so you already know my answer."

"But why, Percy. Is it because of her looks or because of her smarts?" I said.

"Actually, it is because of that because I love everything about her. Her personality is something different. It is unique and I know without her I would be here today the way I am. I have known her since I was twelve and I have always loved her even if I didn't know at first." Percy answered me.

"But I love you, too. Can't you at least give me a chance?"

"I'm sorry, Lauren."

I wiped the tears coming down my face and smiled at him. "It's ok I will get over you. I just hope this won't ruin our friendship."

"Of course it won't." Perch said and smiled back. "I think I should leave and I already paid for both our drinks."

"Thanks." And he left. I got up and left, too.

I found I near by bench at the park, where I could be alone and I cried my heart out. Why can't be Annabeth? Then I heard a branch snapped.

"Who's there?" I called out and Carlos came out. I gave a glare. "Why are you here?"

"This is a sort cut to my house." He replied. "What is the problem?"

"Leave me alone. All you care about nothing but yourself and getting a girl." I said to him.

"Maybe people think that about me and part of that may be sort of true, but I don't think of nothing but myself. I have a heart you know." He sat next to me. "So you going to tell me the problem or are we going to stay here all night?"

"I got rejected."

"Oh. Though I don't usually deal with this thing maybe I can help." Carlos said.

"Really you think saying that at this moment something that helps." I sighed.

"Sorry. Anyway, um..." He put an arm around me. " Everything is going to be alright. What do people say? Oh yeah, there are plenty of fish in the sea."

I pushed his arm from me. "Why are you even talking to me? I am a nerd remember."

"Lets just say I am a sucker when it comes to girls crying alone at night." He answered.

"Whatever." I rolled my eyes and he just sat there smiling at me and for some reason it made me smile, too.
