Today is dance of the competition where we show why are name is Southern Belle. Right now I'm outside at the basketball court running around the court with heartbreak playlist playing. After I run for an hour I go to the gym and workout but first I have Kylie stretch me out before I workout. I workout for four hours then I go back to my room take a shower. I'm sitting at the bottom of the shower the hot water burning my skin (it really isn't burning my skin it's just hot). I'm sitting here and I start crying and I scream as loud as I could I keep screaming. I wasn't paying attention but someone came into the bathroom and got in the shower with me held me I turn around I cry into his chest. I look up I see it's Jess. I start punching and betting on him. I hate you I hate you Jess I hate you I continue to punch and bet on him until he grab my wrist and pulled me into him and I continue to cry. He turned off the water picked me up and help me stand up and tap me up in a towel dry me off and put my robe on me. He takes me into the room grabs my clothes I have lay out on the bed and helps get dress and sits me in the chair plugs in my blow dryer and brushes my hair and starts to blow dry my hair. After my hair is dry he brushes my hair back into a high ponytail kissed my shoulder and sets me on the bed and puts my tennis shoes on me. He gets up and looks me in the eyes and leans in and kisses me. He pulls away and says something that I never thought he would say he says I love you with all my heart. I promise to take care of you. I promise that one will hurt you. I promise that I won't let you hurt yourself anymore. I promise to be with you all that I can. I love you Jess. I get up Jess takes my hand kisses it and we walk out the door and I let go of his hand and head for the stairs. Caitlynn where are you going. I'm going down the stairs I need to the exercise. He doesn't say anything so I turned me around and opened the door but I felt his hands around my waist and picks me up and carries me to the elevator and holds me until we get to the ballroom. He kisses me and I walk to where we have our hair and makeup station. Kylie starts doing my makeup while Babydoll did my hair. Once I'm done I go and help out with doing everyone else's hair and makeup. We are all ready and are warming up. They call are name.
