I couple people asked me to repost so I did. Keep in mind I wrote this originally in 2012. I was young and in my pick me phase.
Arabella's POV It is December 2nd today and Rita's birthday is on December 8th and I still have not gotten her anything. Ugggghhh this is so hard. I mean it is not like Rita is picky but i want to give her a good present to thank her for letting me live with her and putting Jack in jail. (Jack is ex boyfriend who beat Arabella). Honestly I still have nightmares and end up waking up at 3 am but Rita always calms me down and makes sure I slept even if she didn't. There are days that i just dont wake her up and call Irma. Irma is so sweet and will talk to me until I fall asleep. I already feel at ease when i am near Rita or talking to Irma but, i cant wait to meet Irma in real life. Today i woke up at 1 am and didnt go to sleep until 9 am. Rita stayed up and wouldnt go back to sleep even though i asked her to. She just got ready for work and told me that her shift ended at 5 and that she would be fine before leaving me asleep. I woke up at 1 o'clock today and noticed that she left her phone and it started to ring dor a facetime . I looked at the contact and it said' Lou✌❤💖'. I answered it and seen a boy with blue eyes and brown hair. He frowned and looked to be checking the contact. "Um hey sorry but Rita left her phone at the house." "Oh okay can you tell her to call me when she gets home." I nod than let my curiosity get the better of me. "Who should i tell to call." "Louis." "Wait your Louis? The boyfriend?" "I would hope so." "Why domt you come to visit her at her house. I mean at night she talks in her sleep whenever she is having a nightmare and she always says 'No Louis please don't leave'." His eyes gloss over. "She does?" I nod. "Well it is mostly because of my job. I am a singer and on tour so i cant just leave everything to go see her,even though i totally would." He says taking a sip of something. "Wait arent you in 1D?" He nods. " yeah." "Your tour is done." "Yeah but i-" he trails off. "Okay so just hear me out. Her birthday is on December 8th and maybe you could visit her. For a week or two and thengo back to work." He nods. "I will have to get back to you on that because i have a couple meetings about our large break." I nod. "Louis are you talking to Rita cause i want to say hi." Someone said in the background. Then the phone is snatched out of his hands and i see a curl haired boy." Who are you?" "Arabella." His eyes go dark. "Louis you better not be cheating on Rita cause if you are i will beat your arse and then drive you to hell myself." "I am not cheating this is her roommate and Rita left her phone at the her apartment. You idiot." Oh okay. Bye arabella we have to go." "Bye." I say before the screen goes to her background. Irma's POV What to get her for her birthday keeps running through my brain. I am in a store looking for a birthday present. When I see a little boy sitting on the floor crying. "Hey bud why are you crying?" He looked up at me and I coupd tell that he was 3 or 4 "My mommy told me she didnt want me anymore and to stay here. She didnt come back." This broke my heart. I seen he had a backpack on. "Can i look through your bag maybe it bas something that can lead me tk your mom." I say sweetly so he doesnt get scared. He nods taking it off. I open it and see a pack of papers and a few pair of clothes. I grab the pck of papers and their is a note on top. It reads: Dear whoever tries to pick up this mutt, I can not handle him anymore. I dont love him and everyday i see his face i want to punch it in which i did. Anyway i signed all of the papers and all you have to do is sign them and take them to court and he is now your punching bag. Anyway keep him and don't try to give him back. -Amanda I look at the little boy and notice he has cuts and bruises but i also notice that he has light blue eyes and dark brown hair. "What is your name hun?" "Freddy." He says shyly. "You want to have a sleepover at my place?" He nods happy. "Come on then." I put all of his stuff back and put his hand in mine completely forgetting why i was here.
Louis POV I am sitting on the hotel bed wondering if what to get Rita. I m going to go but i dont want to go empty handed. Maybe a necklace. No i already got her one. Roses? Cliché. Puppy? Oh yeah she loves dogs. Thats the one. I am going to get her a puppy. I hear a knock on the door and see Irma with a little boy. "Irma what are you doing here Niall is two doors down." "Yeah i know but i want you to meet Freddy." I look down at the kid and he hides behind her. I kneel down do i meet his height. "Hey Freddy I'm Louis." "I am Freddy." He says putting his hand out for me to shake which i do. "Can i talk to you about something Lou." "Yeah come in." I say stepping out of the doorframe to let her in. "Freddy you want to watch cartoons. The little boy nods his head furiously. I laugh and put Blue's clues. He stares up at the tv and i pick him up and sit him on the bed. I walk over to Irma who is sitting at the little tablewith a large stack of papers. "What's up?" She sighs. "Okay so i was at the store when i seen Freddy crying. I went to him and he told me that his mom left him there not wanting him." I nod and she hands me a paper with very bad handwriting. I read it and it broke my heart. I tuen my head and look at him he is smiling wide at the tv. I smile and look at Irma. "Can i do it?" She nods. "Anyone can i read the court papers and they say anyone can who is of legal age and has a good job and a house hold." I couldn't keep a smile off of my face. "Has he eaten?" She shrugs. "Hey Freddy have you eaten today?" He shakes his little head no. "Lets go eat yeah." He shrugs and looks down and tries to get down but his feet wont touch the floor and he falls on his bum. He laughs and walks over to us"can you turn the teewee plewse." Yeah lets go." Irma says. I grab dome shoes throw them on turn off the tv and we go to eat.
We get downstairs and the paps are outside. Picking up Freddy and shielding his eyes from the flashes and he hugs to me very close. I keep walking and see a McDonald's and rush over to the store and notic some wetness on my neck. Ignoring it i get inside closing the door after Irma. Sighs leave Irma's and my mouth. Freddy pulls his head closer into my neck. Then i remember the wetness. He was crying. "Hey bud what do you want to eat?" Irma says. He doesnt answer so I pull him from my neck to see little tears coming down his chubby cheeks. "What do you want to eat nuggets or burgers." "Nuggets." He says sheepishly. Still holding i walk up to the register lady and order a chicken nugget happy meal with yogurt and choclate milk and two cheeseburgers and two sprites. We sit in quiet and Freddy looks up at me and pokes my stomach "yes Freddy." He just pokes my stomach again. Oh thats how he want to play then. I poke his tummy and he giggles. Then I poke it until he is giggling like a madman. "Stop it tickles Louis stop." He yells inbetween giggles. Ohr order is called and i run up and grab it and Freddy looks at the red box confused. I open it and put the nuggets in front of him also the fries and milk. He eats happily . When we are done we take him back to the hotel. "Irma can i stay with Lou." Freddy asks. "You have to ask him first." Lou can i stay with you." He yells from Irmas arms. "Uhh yeah of course buddy." He screams yay and puts his arms to me for me to pick him up. I grab him and spin him. "Irma just pick him whenever you want." "Okay i am going to go with Niall bye lou bye Freddy." "Bye bye Irma." I walk into the hotel room and a get a facetime call. I lay down on the bed and answer the call Rita shows up on the screen. "Hey Lou." "Hey ritz. What are you doing?" "I just got hom feom work." "Lou can i lay with you." Freddy says from his position on the end of the bed watching blue's clues. "Of course baby boy come here." He lays curled up in my chest. "Whos this?" Rita says. "I am Freddy and I 4 years old." "Hello Freddy how are you?" "Im good whats your name?" "Rita." "Thats pretty." "Thank you. Lou who is he." "May or may not be my future son." Her eyes widen." What do you mean?" "His mom gave him up." "Oh i can wait to meet him." Oh smile and Freddy hugs me closer. "Rita where are you?"freddy asks. "I am in Liverpool honey." "Really where is that." "Far." I answer. "Got to go but i will call you tomorrow okay Lou." I nodded and she winked before hanging up. "Lets go to sleep bud."" But i dont want to." he pouted from the bed.
