Chapter 25: Day 1

Day 1.

I was lying on my bed, thinking of what I could do with Jungkook for this day. Something that would remind him of me. It's gotta be good though, because I only have 2 days until he fully forgets about me. Oh I know! I got up from my bed and grabbed my phone.

Hey Jimin, are you visiting Jungkook today?

Jimin
Well I kinda heard about the 2 days thing, so no.

Me
Oh okay then, how did you even hear...whatever ok bai

I put my phone in my pocket, and stepped out the door of my house to go visit Jungkook. Maybe I should buy him a gift as well. Near me was a shop FILLED with delicious food. I walked to the shop and opened the doors to enter. I looked at all the foods that had selling. It was really hard choosing which to buy for him. If only I did this before he forgot about me. :(

I just decided to grab a pack of cookies (because why not) and paid the cashier the money. Then I went to the hospital.

Once I arrived there, I went to his room and opened the door hesitantly. I peek my head inside, and I saw Jungkook sleeping. Maybe I should just put the cookies on his bed. He doesn't really need to know who it's from. I walked inside his room carefully, trying to not wake him up. But my foot made a sound that woke him up. Oops.

"Oh. It's you, you scared me." He says. I laugh nervously and sit down on a chair next to his bed and gave him the pack of cookies (or should I say KOOKIES? Lol sorry).

"I bought them for you. I hope you like them."

"Thanks! I love cookies!" He smiles at me. Now, it's time to ask him what I've thought of when I was in my room. I clear my throat a bit.

"S-so um," Gosh Jiwoo why are you stuttering? "You know that Yura girl r-right?" I ask him. He nods his head as an answer.

"Well um..do you remember ANYTHING with her?" I ask him while looking down at the floor. He thinks for a moment.

"Hm..yeah I do! I remember I saw her cheating on me..but for some reason..I get this weird feeling I liked someone else." Yes!! We're getting somewhere! Although it's sad that he remembers that part.

"Oh um..do you think you met that person before?" I ask him another question.

"I don't think so." I take that back.

"Oh well um..what do you wanna do now?"

"Why are you asking me questions?"

"Because I want too?"

"Oh um okay." He says slowly. I messed up. And I only have a day left!! I got up from the seat and walked out of his room, but he stopped me by grabbing my wrist. I turn around to face him. His face gets closer and closer to mine. My heart is thumping so fast right now.

"W-what are you d-doing?" I say. I could feel his breath on my skin. He stares at my lips.

"I never realized how beautiful you look until now. There's just something about you that seems so familiar to me." Yes please remember me! He stares at my lips some more. Wait is he gonna..kiss me?

He leans in even more. Our foreheads were practically touching! He was about to press his lips onto mine, until someone opens the door. We pull away immediately and look away from each other.

"Hallo guys! I came to visit! What happened? Both of your cheeks are red!!" Taehyung says.

"None of your business hyung!" Jungkook says.

"Fine whatever." Taehyung says.

~10 Minutes Later~

Taehyung looks at his watch. "Oh I gotta go now guys! See you later! Get well Jungkookie!" He says. We say our goodbyes as he leaves the room. I look at Jungkook hesitantly.

"U-um..about that moment..were you really gonna k-kiss me?" I say. His cheeks start changing to a pinkish reddish color.

"It was really embarrassing..sorry. I don't know what I was doing. You just seem so familiar." What else could I do with him to make him remember me? What else what else what else?? That's when an idea popped into my mind.

"That's alright. But Jungkook, is your health good enough for you to go outside? If yes, let's go to the park! Just the 2 of us!" I say happily.
