5; my poor baby

"Baby, hey get u-" I stopped mid sentence when I felt how warm her body was.

"Ayla?" I lightly felt her forehead, it's burning hot.

"Oh god, you're burning. Come on sweetheart." I said worried carrying her bridal style.

"Where are we going?" Ayla said groggily.

"To the doctor." I said.

"No, I don't want to." Ayla said trying to wiggle from my grip.

"Sweetheart, your temperature could get worse." I tried to convince her.

"I don't wanna go please." She begged.

"Ayla.."

We ended up staying at home after my many failed attempts trying to bring her to the doctor.

I lay Ayla on the bed and got a cloth and wet it with cold water and placed it on her forehead, at least that way her body temperature could lessen.

I pulled up the blanket and made sure she was tucked in. I planted a kiss on her forehead and let her rest.

My poor baby.

I get dress getting ready to shoot my last day on set.

I look in the mirror and see Ayla still in bed, I gave a small smile. I didn't want to leave her but I can't stay.

"I'll be back real soon okay." I whispered and kissed her forehead.

My co-star, Zoey (a/n: this "totally" isn't supposed to be Chloe but i dont want to put Chloe's name because Chloe is actually a nice person but anyways you'll find out sooner or later friendss) came up to me and smiled.

"Hey, last day." Zoey sigh.

"Yeah." I sighed.

"Anyways, Ray and Jeff wants to see us later." Zoey told me.

"Oh.. Okay." I smiled.

"So let me get this straight, you want us to "date" and kiss all just for this publicity stunt?" Zoey said putting "air qoutes" when she said date.

I couldn't believe what I was listening to. I mean, I can't do that. I already have Ayla, I- This is.

"You know I can't do that." I disagreed.

"I know, I know. Ayla and all but really think about this Logan, this could really boost up your publicity cred and get people hype for this film." Jeff suggested.

"What? No, I love Ayla and i'm not doing this. This is ridiculous." I declined then walk away.

"Logan wait!" Zoey ran up to me and stopped me.

"I just.. I just think that maybe they're right.." Zoey said looking guilty.

"You too? Come on Zoey, my girlfriend means way more to me than this stupid stunt. I'm not doing it." I said firmly.
