"Look straight at me, Christina," Caleb said.

I bit back the thoughts I wanted to express and looked at him.

Caleb held a glass tablet in front of my face and blue lines rushed across it after he typed in a series of passcodes.

"Done," Caleb sighed, "Come here Tris."

Tris followed and then the others. He was scanning our faces to create Erudite IDs for us. Here, they had to have cards to get into any building at all- even the ( healthy ) resteraunts. We asked about them recognizing us from Dauntless; he said that wouldn't be an issue as to the fact Jeanine was dead, there wasn't exactly a new leader yet ( Abnegation was monitoring Erudite for the time being ), Four's mom was in Dauntless so she couldn't see us, and that people here honestly didn't care to bother with getting into other's business even if they knew they were criminals.

"Uriah..." I started.

"Yeah?" he asked.

"What's going to happen to us?" I asked. "Our relationship?"

He smiled softly. "It will just get better. We'll protect each other, and nothing bad will happen. Promise."

"You can't promise something like that," I sighed.

"I'm not Candor, I can lie," he joked.

I wrinkled my nose.

"Is there something you're worried about?" he asked.

"I'm worried we'll never get a proper relationship," I replied embarrased.

Uriah shrugged and a grin spread across his face. "Then kiss me."

"Here?" I replied with blushing cheeks.

"Why not?" He raised his eyebrows. "I thought you were Dauntless," he laughed jokingly.

I bit down on my lip."Fine." I smiled.
