A/N: Hey'low people. I've been thinking about it lately and this story is the hardest one I've written. I don't even remember what this story was about. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. El-Zippo. So, I just come up with things that pop into my head every now and then. Like this chapter. I'm so not sure what it's about. But I think it's about a guy who's uptight.
Random person: (sarcastic) Way to go Sherlock. You solved the mystery
Me: Oh like you could do better?
Random Person: Wanna bet on it?
Me: Dude, I’m broke.
Random Person: ….
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
It was a nice sunny Saturday morning. I was sound asleep until some RUDE person decided to wake me up. Before that very RUDE awakening, I had the most amazing dream ever. Well, the first 5 minutes of it. Till it turned into a freaking nightmare. In my dream, I was on a date with Caleb. We went to this carnival in town. It was the best time of my life. Then, Caleb brought me home. We stood by the doorstep looking deep into each other’s eyes. He was about to kiss me. I closed my eyes, but when I opened them, I saw-
“AHHH!”
It was all a dream. Thank god it was just a dream. "Get up" I felt someone pull my blanket away which left me exposed in my embarrassing pajamas. They were Pokémon pajamas by the way. "HEY!" I jumped. Ugh, you again. I glared into Danny's sparkly blue eyes. "Why are you waking me up at...6 am in the morning?" I said, rubbing my eyes. Danny didn't say anything. He threw my blanket on my face then left the room. What the hell is this boy's problem? Does he like torturing me every minute of my life?
I got off my bed then headed downstairs to the kitchen. The usual place I'd go to every morning. When I got in, I saw Mr. Henderson sitting by the table reading the morning paper. "Hey, Mr. Henderson, I haven't seen you in awhile" I said, taking at seat by the counter. I grabbed the box of cereal on the side and the milk beside it. "Well, I have been busy" Mr. Henderson said. While I was eating, I saw Danny heading out of the door.
"Hey! Danny!" I shouted.
"What?" Danny turned around. "Where are you going?" I asked. He didn't answer. He just walked out the door. Oh, I can't wait to graduate and leave this house. "Jerk" I muttered.
Normally, at home, I'd usually play video games with my dad every Saturday. But now, all I can do is to catch up on Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning thief. I’ve watched the movie but the book seems more interesting. But the movie is also awesome, since it has Logan Lerman. God, that boy is smoking hot- Okay, enough drooling over some actor.
While I was busy reading, the doorbell started to ring. “SOMEONE’S AT THE DOOR!” I shouted out. I didn’t get a response. It was like I was the only one in the house. Wait, am I only the one in the house?
“Oh don’t worry, I’ll get it” I said, sarcastically. I got off the couch and headed for the door. I peeked out the little peep hole on the door. I saw a well dressed man standing outside holding some brief case on his right hand. I ducked down when he started to look through the hole too. Who the hell is he? Is he some kind of inspector? OH MY GOD, IS HE THE GUY I THREW A BURGER AT!? Has he finally come for revenge?
“Who is it” I asked as I peeped in the peep hole. “It’s Mr. Jones, I’m here for Daniel Henderson” The guy said. Daniel? Who the heck is- Oh, Danny.
“I’m sorry, he isn’t here. Can I take a message?” Wait… When did I turn into Danny’s secretary?
“Could you tell him Mr. Jones came by, thank you” I watched Mr. Jones leave the door step and head for his car. Maybe I should’ve invited him rather than act like a paranoid weirdo. “Hey, Mr. Jones” I called out as I opened the door. “Yes?” Mr. Jones turned around. “Would you like to stay for awhile? You know, to wait for Danny to come back?” I asked. Mr. Jones gave me a nod then headed inside. So this how my Saturday will turn out as? Stuck at home with a stranger? Wonderful.
