Lily's POV

"Okay we're finally back from school and I am dead!" I groaned going up to my room.

"The day wasn't that bad Lily!" Stacey said following me upstairs.

"A bunch of work thrown at me for every period, a bunch of homework, and Spanish class is hard!" I sighed, laying on my bed.

"Lily I know you think Spanish is hard but you'll get the hang of it" Stacey said, sitting next to me.

"Easy for you to say, its easy for you" I told her.

"You will get the hang of it" she repeated, patting my shoulder.

"I know its just Freshman year was so much easier" I said as she agreed.

"Hey at least your grades are all A's and B's so far" she smiled.

"So far" I pointed out.

"Don't be like that come on, lets start with homework" she said sitting at my computer table.

"Fine" I sighed getting out my books.

"Done with homework?" Brooklyn asked as I entered the kitchen.

"All done what about you?" I asked him, sitting next to Romeo at the island table.

"Didn't have any" he replied as he started making dinner.

"Of course you didn't" I chuckled.

"I wish I was a Senior" I told Romeo.

"No you don't Lily, things will get easier love" he said kissing my cheek.

"I know" I groaned.

"Too much work" I frowned.

"You're fine, you're human its okay to have rough days" he reminded me.

"You're right R" I smiled, kissing his cheek.

"Wow so you smile when he gives you a pep talk?" Stacey chuckled, entering the room.

"Says the one who falls asleep right after she finishes her homework" I smirked.

"Are you better now?" She laughed after kissing Brooklyn.

"I am thanks" I nodded.

"At least your outfit was on point today" she pointed out.

"Thanks girl yours was too" I winked at her, eating some grapes from the bowl at the table.

"Thanks" she smiled.

"Yeah Stacey you need to watch what you wear, one of my friends was checking you out earlier today" Brooklyn said rolling his eyes.

"Aw I won't stop but don't worry I'm all yours" she laughed kissing his cheek.

"I'm fine with that" he winked.

"I know Stacey is hot, you're lucky Brook" I smiled.

"I am lucky aren't I?" He smiled at Stacey.

"Yes you are hon" she said mouthing me a thank you.

"Wanna do something today?" I asked everyone.

"Like what, its a school night" Romeo asked.

"Its only Tuesday" I told him.

"I don't know what do you have in mind?" Stacey asked me.

"Why don't we go to the beach at night to just talk?" I suggested.

"Sure we'll go around 6:00 pm?" Brooklyn asked.

"That sounds perfect" I smiled as he passed everyone plates and cups.
