Last time...

Three years later

It was December. It had been nearly 3 years since you left Californa for you hometown of Ohio. You were going Christmas shopping with you twins. As you were running away from the cold into Toys R Us, you heard a loud yet familiar clump of voices.

Y/n! Y/n! Y/n! We thought we would never see you again!

You turn around to see who was calling you, it was none other than your second family that you left 3 years ago, all of Team 10. Well everybody, expect Jake.

OMG! You yell holding back tears. The first people to hug you are your best friends, Tessa and Erika. As soon as they hug you, all the memories start flooding back and the tears start flowing down your cheeks. When you look up, you see the same from them. You look at the guys and see them all staring at the two twins in the stroller next to you.

"Well, they would be Jakes' kids if I ever did see, I guess that means I'm finally Uncle Kade!" says Kade you other best friend, staring at your blonde hair, hazel eyed, twins that look exactly like Jake. "What are their names" Erika and Tessa ask as they run over to pick up my twins.

"The little man is Jake Kade, and my little lady is Erika Tessa" I look over at Kade and see him tearing up when I say my sons' middle name is  after him. When I look at Erika and Tessa, they start running towards me with tears running down their face, each with one of the twins in their arms. They hug me so hard I think I might fall down. "Omg y/n, I can't believe you named your daughter after me" Erika says. "y/n, stop making us cry" says Tessa. When they finally let me go, I look at the rest of the Team. In my head I think, "I'm so glad me and my real family finally reunited again."

All the guys helped me load the twins car seats into the Team 10 van, and we drove home. While Nick drove in the front seat, Erika, Tessa, and I caught up on each others lives. "You know y/n, he really is miserable without you. He hasn't kissed a girl, better yet had a girlfriend since you left. He thinks about you and the twins all the time" says Erika with tears in her eyes. "He would absolutely kill us if he knew we were with you" adds Tessa. "I don't want him to know because I don't want him to give up his career for us,because we all know he would, and I would always feel bad if he gave up the things that made him the most."

Kade's P.O.V.

Even though I know this isn't what y/n wanted, I had to text Jake,

K: Hey man, you woudn't beileve who we ran into at the mall

J: Who?

K: Y/n. And her twins, who look exactly like you, i might add.

J:Seriously, where are you? I will meet up with you as soon as my meeting is over/

K: We are on our way to her house. Meet us there. ASAP.

J: Ok, thanks so much for telling me. I don't know what I would do without you.

K: No problem Jake. That's what friends are for.

J: Yup, see you guys in like an hour,

Y/N P.O.V

We pull into my driveway and unload the twins. When we walk into my house house I couldn't be happier. All the people I love, in my house, with my kids. There's only one way this could get better. If Jake was here.

After we sat on the couch and talked for about an hour, there was a knock on my door. As I got up to get it, I had no clue who it could be. Then I opened the door.

"Hey" said the love of my life, my twins dad, my favorite person in the world, the one and only, Jake Paul.
