Chapter 13- Burn!! Flaming Attack!!

Shiryu's POV

I let Andromeda to go help Seiya when he was in the bottom of the cliff meanwhile I'll deal with my opponent. We both continue to attack, blocking, and dodging. Then we separate back to our place.

"I've heard much about your power. And I've waiting long time to fight you. So fight me now with all of your strength!!," Black Dragon said. "All of my strength? You don't stand a chance Black Dragon," I said. He charged at me and I nearly missed his attack, but got grazed on my forehead with his foot. *Oh no...!!* I gasp.

Flashback

"Shiryu. You must realize that you lost over third of your blood. Even a scratch now can lead to your death. You must remember this," Mu remind me.

Flashback end

Now that I got scratched, I'm gonna be dead at any moment. Black Dragon continue to attack and I need to dodge and block all of his attack or else I'll bleed more. I try to make my move and he literally leaped over my attack, stand on my shield, and heel me on my face. I tumble backwards as the bleeding continued and the Black Dragon beating the crap out of me. *I wounded enough already. I must go on the attack* I thought.

Then I start to attack and the Black Dragon also attack at the same time. Pretty much that I got beaten really good. Both of us are rolling down the hill, pinning onto each other and I got the most damage than my opponent. I'm struggling to get up with this mess. "Pathetic. And I've only warming up. Now that I know the famous Shiryu bleeds so easily, I can finished you off with my next attack," he smirk. There's a lot blood on the rocks. "Oh yeah. Don't be so sure. I may be down, but not out," I said. The pain was really bad at this moment right now; the struggle is real.

"Those are brave word Shiryu. Somehow, I'm not convinced. See this?" The Black Saint point his finger at me as I struggle to walk properly to walk towards him. "With this one finger, I can blow you completely away. Believe me, I've been taking easy on you up to now. I have more power than you can ever begin to comprehend."

I hmph,"You're delusional. You've gone mad from seeing the other Black Saints defeated," I said. "I'm not sensitive pansy like you. You can kill them all and it wouldn't bothered me the least," he grin. Yup, Black Dragon is gone mad on both inside and out as hell. The silence is strong within us for a few seconds before he made his move. This power was definitely strong as Black Dragon said. That literally hurts really bad and bleeding heavily. *It's like I have never seen. It's so terribly fast and so incredibly strong.* I thought.

Black Dragon walk towards me while I'm laying on the floor in pain. "I'm impressed," he smile. I slowly sit up from that incredible power that he stored in mind and gasped. "Not with you of course but with your armor; even that blow couldn't crack it. Mu's certainly did a nice job for you." He sense and thought of something that he had in mind. *Wait a minute. I think I remember Mu once saying that restoring your Sacred Armor, Saints must give up a great deal of his blood*

I actually don't know what he's thinking about, but I'm pretty sure that he must've realized it by now. He kneel down and grabbed my neck. "Now, I think I understand. You lost a lot of blood haven't you? *brought me closer to his face* That's why you're trying to protecting your wounds without even trying to attack me." I definitely knew he was going to say that. He shouldn't have seen me doing my defense mode earlier. Since that it doesn't matter anyway, he then let of me and I drop myself onto the floor.

"Why would you come to fight with such a body?" Ok, that question actually went a bit too far, but not literally. "I came for friendship," I gave him a simple answer. The bells ringing all around us like there's no tomorrow. I hope that Shun reached to Seiya by now, even though the slope is steep. "So even knowing it it's useless but you can be in no help, but you still came? That's friendship? Is that what you mean?," he wonders. "Yeah. That's right." Black Dragon grabbed my chest plate and lifted me up. "You can take your pitiful friendship; and go to hell!!"
