Inside their, what Ignis called it "nest" there were plenty of tents and rocks that was climbing up to the sky. The sky was scarlet red and dragons flied around, intensely over us. "They aren't used to visitors" Ignis explained shortly as we walked up to the biggest tent in the middle and sat down on tree trunks that circled around a small fire. There were a few people sitting around the fire everyone staring in to the dancing flames that shift between, blue, green, yellow and orange colors.

"This doesn't feel right" Kai whispered to me just so that Derek and I could hear. "I know this isn't what I remember" I whispered back, "we should run as fast as we can" Derek whispered even lower and I nodded as I watched the fire as well. I stared into the fire as the rest and I could swear that in the coal I could see my brothers figure running into hiding. I leaned closer to see better and I saw the figure run followed by giant dogs.

"Fire of truth of what deepest in your heart" Ignis said. I stopped staring and turned to him, "what do you mean?" I asked him, refusing to look back into the little fire in case he could see it to. "It means that the fire here can show what's the thing that you are keeping deepest in your heart but what it's up to right now. The truth" I looked back into the fire watching my brother. Derek, Kai, Liam and Nemo leaned forward to the fire as well to look in, "some see the one true love, some the thing they fear, others their families and their worst fears" he said and studied all five of us.

"And some their future" an old man's voice came from the shadows and walked up beside Ignis and laid a hand on his left shoulder. The man was blind and a grey shadow filled his eyes as they were focus upwards. "This is Calor, our leader" Ignis explained and greeted the old man. The both sat down and Calor gripped around a cane. 

"Why did you bring one of them inside my home?" his face turned first to Nemo and then to me. "ehm... this is Nemo..." I hesitated by his knowledge, "he's a friend of mine. He can be trusted" I continued but was interrupted by Kai, "what we know" he said harshly and kept staring into the fire. I thought that he might saw Ellie with the wolves, "he attaced us but as soon as he shifted back to human he was himself" I explained and gave Nemo a soft look but he stared into the fire like Kai. "I'm feeling like myself right know" Nemo whispered slowly, "We'll have to keep an eye on him just in case. Born shapeshifter can have trouble with their shifts but a forced shifter might have even harder time because his body was forced to change. It's outside your nature" Calor told us and none of us had the nerve to talk back to him.

"How did you now that he's a bea... I mean one of them?" Derek started but gave me a quick unsure look. "I'm blind after all this years as a dragon, but every shapeshifter's can sense magic" he explained. "I can sense the incredible magic that flows in your veins Skyler, princess of Cahir. The ground moves, water waves, air giving a different breeze and the fire flaming even wilder. The elements from Milvium is greeting you child" Calor faced me. "I can also sense the strength of a warrior as well. The passion from a protector and the wild spirits from shape shifters" he continued. I looked down on my guys and all of them looked away as Calor mentioned them.

"How old are you?" Kai suddenly asked, "Kai!" I whispered loudly to tell him of. But Calor laughed, "I'm older then I can wish. My life length is more like dragons than for a human" he told us. "Is all shapeshifters life length dependable of their other shape?" Kai asked. "we're not sure. None of us have ever studied shifters. Some of us dies in the age of a humans normal old age and some last for hundreds of years. I think I follow what's normal for a dragon because I never shifted back from the dragon side for many years a while back" he told us. He had a sad expression on his face, like he remembered something bad. "Why didn't you shift back?" I asked curiously, his face turned to terrified.

"It was the dark time when your parent fought shapeshifters at our home planet" it was like he tried not to look us at our faces. "you see that none of us shapeshifters here are born at Milvium" he continued and this time the rest of the people who sat around the fire looked up and listened to Calor. "We all come from Epistylia, our children can't transform until the age of ten. We are taught all about the shifting to be prepare because in the age of ten we turn to our spirit animal. After we change we have a choice to move to the planet were the animal in question major lives. Like for us who transforms to Dragons come here to Milvium to live by the side of born dragons" he explained. 

"But there had been a war between shapeshifters and warriors for decades after an incident. But one of our people, he went rouge and attacked every person that wasn't a shapeshifter. He wanted the whole universe to be like us and nothing else. He was one of a kind, we had never seen anything like it" he drifted away in his memories. "Our leaders came to me for advice to bring him down before the warriors and witches came to fix the problem. But as I said we had never seen anything like it. Your parents Alcaeus, Calix, Bellator and Gaius wasn't old, just finished their tenth and last year at school, came to us to finish the beast and make peace with all the planets. They fought hard and in the end your mother finished him off with the biggest spell I've ever witnessed. Sense then our planets have walked hand in hand but your parents found something that made them promise...", "to never talk about it again" I finished his sentence in trance of his story. 

"Why?" I asked and turned to him, my head full of questions. "Right before your mother finished him they found his hiding and when it all was over they checked the hiding place and found a woman, pregnant. They had destroyed a family and since your mothers were pregnant with all of you they promised to let it be just a memory" I looked at Derek and Kai who both looked scared. 

Everyone sat quite for a while and it wasn't until the fire was almost extinct when Calor spoke. "Do you mind?" he asked me and made a gesture to the fire. My hand caught fire and a fire ball was lifting upwards from my palm, I threw it in and the fire rose higher. "Thank you, Sky. But something I found interesting is that you guys found each other, all four of you" I looked confused at him, thinking that his age might have caught up. 

"You mean three sir? I found Derek and Kai again after all this years" I said slowly to him. "No four of you. Skyler, Derek, Kai and the child of the shapeshifter that your parents killed" a cold breeze came in from north and we all turned around too look at Liam who refused to look at us and had actually taken a place further away from us. Sitting in the dark, holding his legs he looked up, his light green eyes watering with tears.
