Strangers

This takes place after you and Jess land on the town's ground.
Y/n's POV
      Wow...I've never seen so many people before. Actually, come to think of it, I've never seen people before other than myself. Everyone's just walking and sharing comments about food or clothing or... wait. I sniffed the air. Mmmmm fooooood. My mouth started to water and my stomach growled making Jess slightly jump at the sudden noise.
"Hey Jess? Where are we?" I asked my f/c cat friend.
"I'm not sure, Y/n. But we need to find someone to talk to, and ask our questions." She admitted to me. I stared her in the eyes with a frightened look. She knows that I have a fear of speaking to people I've never met before, and I really don't feel like conquering that today.
"Come on, Y/n." She groaned out. I followed her hoping that she'd do all the talking.
We walked up to a guy who was selling jewelry and clothes. After a lot of arguing, Jess said that she'd talk to the guy, which made me extremely happy knowing I won the argument. While Jess was explaining our situation to the salesman, I was walking around the store admiring all of the shiny things.
I've always had a thing for anything shiny, and one specific bracelet caught my eye. There was a f/c rhinestone in the middle of a circle of diamonds. The diamonds attached to an outer piece of silver which kept everything from falling apart, and the rim of silver connected to a gold chain that switch to black in the sunlight. I was in love. I've never seen anything like it, tho, I'm pretty sure I've never seen anything at all. Sadly I needed something called jewel and I knew nothing of it. You sighed backing away, but quickly breathed in a scent. It smelled of a dragon but human. Something like...me? I've never smelled myself before. It had to be someone else. I slowly scanned my surroundings sniffing in every direction possible. But it was no use. There were too many other new smells around that my nose wasn't use to. Jess walked back over to me looking down at her feet.
"How'd it go?" I asked looking down at her.
"When I told him about Washico he laughed at me, saying dragons don't exist. I frowned. What? No such things as dragons?! Well! He can suck my-ahh! I was pushed by someone who wasn't looking where they were going. I braced myself, ready to feel the ground against my back. It hit me hard, causing me to have trouble breathing. I clutched my chest and held my head in my hand.
"Ow." That was all I could say, until someone walked up to me. I felt their presence and looked up. Suddenly a breeze swept by my nose making me smell whatever it had to offer. My eyes widened. This is it, the smell I was looking for. He looked down at me with a concerned look on his face.
"Hey, are you okay?" He asked reaching out his arm and showing me his hand. I gladly accepted the offer and brought myself up slowly so I wouldn't fall back down again.
"Yeah, I'm fine. Um..." I rubbed my left forearm with my sweaty right hand. Here we go again. My fear takes over me, and I'm so nervous I begin to sweat. Not knowing what to do I glanced at Jess, who nodded her head at me.
Natsu's POV
This girl I walked up to had a strange smell, and it was drawing me in. She glanced at her cat who, oddly enough, looked like Happy. The cat then nodded her head back at the girl, motivating her to keep going. The girl slowly turned her head back to me and our eyes locked. My concerned dark brown eyes met her fearful e/c ones. It scared me. I felt like I needed her to trust me, like I wanted her in my life. What in the world has gotten into me? I cleared my throat making her jump at the sound.
"Oh my god, I'm so sorry." And with that she ran off. I wonder what happened to this girl. She seemed slightly shaken up when I saw her on the ground. But then again she did get pushed.
"Y/n! You were so close!" Her cat yelled running after her. Y/n, huh? That's a cute name. 'You didn't even meet her yet. Stop.' I told myself, my face heating up. She ran in the direction of the guild. Maybe she wanted to join? Happy took me out of my train of thought.
"Who was that?" Happy asked me, biting into a raw fish.
"I have no idea. But I'm gonna find out."

Haha that wasn't as nearly as long as the first one, but whatever. It'll do...I hope.
