In the middle - Dodie

Jimin
Jimin remember when he first met Hoseok, it was a gorgeous spring day, the flowers were blooming, like their friendship you could say. The two boys only knew each other from looks, a glance in the hallway of Seoul's University of Arts, a quick look during dance class when they were practicing. Hoseok was always captivated by Jimin's way of dancing. He didn't even know his name that he was already mesmerized by the younger one. He was graceful, elegant, flowing in the air like a feather and dear God he was attractive. But he never really gave him attention before that, they didn't have any classes together besides dance; he was just a cute face surrounded by a horde of students.
But one day, one of their mutual friend, Kim Taehyung, made them meet up, since he thought that the two of them would be a perfect match. And strangely, he wasn't wrong, for the first time in his entire life. Tae was the clumsy kind of person; the one that tried to match up people to discover that they were already dating someone else, the one that always made things awkward because of a weird comment that he would blurt out in a conversation. His friends still loved him nonetheless, even if he was such a klutz.
When they met, the latter couldn't help but make an inappropriate joke about how cute their baby would be if they had one. That obviously made Jimin blush and Hoseok sigh, but the older brushed it off and held his hand in front of the blond-haired boy who smiled and shook it.
"I'm Park Jimin, nice to meet you!"
"Jung Hoseok, pleasure to meet you too, Jimin-ssi."
After seeing that they had a lot of friends in common, they started to see each other a lot more, at parties, during dance class, in the little bakery that Jimin worked at and even at the little café where they met one another every Friday after school.
The other boys in their group always watched them with thoughtful looks, wondering what was happening between the two of them but the dancers would always laugh and deny it nonchalantly. Little did they know, the two boys would go to their loft that they rented together (they were in a point in their friendship where renting an apartment was a thing) and Hoseok would take both of Jimin's cheeks in his hands and kiss him fervently, making the small one gasp in shock.
"They are so annoying." Hoseok would mumble against his friend's lips, breathing hot air onto them before kissing him again.
"You are annoying."
"Stop ruining the moment."
"I'm not, you are the one who's talking about other people while we're kissing." Jimin huffed dramatically before lightly leaving kisses on the boy's neck.
"But you said that I was annoying, that's mean!"
"Oh, shut up already and kiss me you crybaby."
A week later, during a party, Hoseok was up on a diving board, completely drunk out of his mind and shouted to everyone at that party that Jimin was his "tiny boyfriend" and that he loved him a lot "even if he was small like a child". The embarrassed concerned boy ran up to him and pushed him in the water, mad at his lover for being so honest in front of strangers.
But now, they both knew that they shouldn't be sleeping together, that Hoseok's touch on Jimin back shouldn't feel so comforting, that Jimin's lips shouldn't be kissing his hyung's neck.
But they were soulmates, and nobody could separate soulmates.
