Chapter 5: Date

My alarm clock woke me up. I turned it off and got up. I went to the bathroom to take a shower. After I finished my business, I went into my room and got dressed in a pair of jean shorts, a short sleeve black shirt with the word 'Awesome' on it, and black converse. "I can't wait for today!" I said aloud waking my brother up.

"Mom five more minutes." He said without realizing it was me. I laughed at his comment. "Wait you're not mom."

"I'm not mom that's for sure." I laughed after saying that.

"Well why are you already dressed for the day?" He asked.

"Ian don't tell mom or dad about what I'm going to tell you." I said scaredly. I knew he would tell mom or dad about this.

"Fine... What is it?" He said. I held my pinky out and said, "Pinky promise?"

"Pinky promise." He said tiredly as he was tired from keeping so many secrets from mom and dad because of me. We linked pinkies together.

"Okay now that that's out of the way... I am going out on a date." I said nervously.

"With who?" He asked sternly.

"J-Jungkook." I stuttered.

"If he hurts you come to me and I'll punch him in the face." He said ever so calmly. I was surprised by his answer. 

"You'll except him?" I asked.

"Yes... For now anyway." He said.

I went downstairs and ate breakfast before leaving my parents in disbelief of my happy mood. I saw that Ian acted the same way. I got out my phone and texted Jungkook.

I was wondering if I could come over earlier I made my parents so confused about my attitude and I don't want them questioning since I didn't tell them that I have a date. Can you come pick me up?

Sure! I'll be there in a little bit. (:

A few minutes after he texted that a vibrant blue truck parked in front of my house. I was dumbfounded since that truck was his.

"Hey Raelyn!" Jungkook said excitedly.

"Hi Kookie!" I said smiling as he said that in a kid-like way.

"Do you want to go to my house for a little while?" He asked and I nodded. He opened the door for me like a gentleman should.

"Thank you." I said after I got in.

"You're welcome m'lady." He answered and I laughed at what he said. 

--Time Skip--His House--

"Wow!" I exclaimed as if I have never seen a house like his before even though I have lived in one before. 

"Do you like it?" He asked teasingly and smiling.

"Like it? I love it!" I said making him laugh at my comment. He took me to his room. Even though it was a normal sized bedroom I still thought it looked extraordinary.
