The day for Hogwarts has finally arrived. Autumn was excited to say the least. She hated keeping things from the other three, but she couldn't tell them what happened with Ginny hanging out with them. Sure, she liked hanging with Ginny, but it got quite annoying to be talking to her and she was staring at Harry. Not to mention one of the only things they talked about was Cedric Diggory. Of course, Hermione talked about him too. And Autumn as well. But there were just some things that Autumn couldn't tell Ginny.
Not to mention, if one of them said the name 'Sirius Black', Percy would ramble about how irresponsible Hogwarts was for not keeping a guard up with Sirius. Then he would talk about Fudge with such admiration, it was like they were dating.
Autumn hoped this year at Hogwarts would be calm, with nothing extraordinary of crazy happening, but ever since the World Cup, she knew something was going to happen.
"Anything from the trolley, dears?" The trolley lady asked with a kind smile.
Ron quickly stood and walked to the cart. "Packet of drewbals and a licorice wand." Ron fished in his pocket for some coins. "On second thought, just the drewbals."
Autumn smiled and grabbed a few coins from her pockets. "Could I have two boxes of Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans and one chocolate frog? Thank you." Autumn handed the lady the coins.
"Hey there, stranger."
Autumn looked up to see Cedric Diggory.
"Hello again, Cedric." Autumn smiled. She had no idea that Cedric went to school with her.
Cedric flashed her a smiled. "Glad to see you got out of there safely. I heard what happened through my dad."
"Yeah, it was pretty hectic."
"Do you want to talk about it over some butterbeer?"
Autumn internally screamed. "I'd love that, thanks."
"Well then, see you around." Cedric gave a small wave to Hermione, Ron, and Harry.
Autumn slowly turned around and sat back down in her seat, smiling like crazy.
"Two pumpkin pasties please." A silky voice that belonged to Cho Chang asked.
Autumn kept smiling to herself and stared out the window.
"Anything for you dears?" The trolley lady asked again.
"Oh — no thank you, I'm not hungry." Harry responded.
Autumn couldn't see a thing that was happening, but she knew it had something to do with Cho.
"This is horrible," Hermione started saying as she put the Daily Prophet down. She had been reading it since they got on the train. "How can the Ministry not know who conjured it? Isn't there any security?"
Autumn looked back at the group, thankful that none of them heard her conversation with Cedric.
"Loads," Ron responded with a mouth full of food. "That's what worried them so much. Happened right under their noses."
Harry rubbed his scar subconsciously.
Hermione put the paper down and looked at Harry. "It's hurting again, isn't it? Your scar?"
"I'm fine." Harry stated, telling mostly Hermione.
"Come on, Harry." Autumn said, pulling her knees into her chest to get more comfortable. "You know Sirius would want to know about this."
"And the dream." Hermione added.
Harry looked at the two, then finally decided they were right. He grabbed some parchment and began writing his letter to Sirius. Harry was quick at writing what he needed, because in only a few more minutes, he was handing the letter to Hedwig who flew out of the window moments later.
