'Mr. Jack*ss just had to be here,' I glared at the ground as my hair circled around me as a curtain.

"Well look who showed up!" Cade exclaimed sarcastically.

"Oh shut it," I tried not to laugh, which caught everyone's attention.

"Oh yeah, Asher this is Sage!" Jade said happily.

I looked up and took a drag, once he saw it was me he glared at me.

"Nice to see you too," I replyed sarcastically and glared back at his icy blue eyes.

"I'm guessing yall have met?" Jade asked, drawing my attention to her, instead of glaring at him.

"Yeah, she told me to get the stick out of my *ss this morning," he stated flatly.

They all tried not to laugh, but failed, even I cracked a smile.

I got the last drag off my cigarette and dropped it on the ground.

"I gotta get going," I said as I start walking away.

"Where you going?" Sydney asks.

"I need to get home," I replied

"Wait Sage! Do you like parties?!" Jade asks/yells.

"Um yeah?" I answer uncertain, looking back at her.

"Would you like to join us at a party tomorrow?" she asks hopefully.

"Sure why not," there was no point in trying to find an excuse.

"Yaayyyyyy!!" she exclaimed, clapping and jumping up and down, "Give me your phone, plleeaassee," she begs.

I hand her my phone, she types away and her phone dings and so does Sydney's and she hands mine back.

"There! Mine and Sydney's numbers are in your phone now," she states happily, "we will come over tomorrow after school to get ready for the party, if that's ok?" she asked uncertain, yet happy.

"Yea well your gonna have to find your own ride to my house," there's no way we could all ride on my motorcycle.

"Why can't we get a ride with you?"

"There's no way we would all fit on my motorcycle," I voice my thoughts, smirking.
They all looked shocked. "Oh, we didn't know you had a motorcycle," Jade said.

"Yea well I do," I chuckled.

"That's fine I'll drive, just text me the address," Jade says.

"Alright well bye."

"Alright bye Sage," they all said at the same time.

I smiled and waved as I walked to the parking lot, I leaned on my motorcycle for a while just thinking.

"You know I didn't take you as a day dreamer."

I jumped and turned to face the new voice.

"What do you want?" I demanded as I faced the icy blue eyes.

"You know you act all bad*ss I bet you're really not," Mr. Jack*ss (aka. Asher) stated crossing his arms.

"I beg to differ," I scoff, "but I don't see why you're trying to figure me out, you don't know anything about me."

He walks closer to me until we're a foot apart, "Maybe because you interest me, I've met only a handful of girls like you."

"What the hell do you mean 'girls like me'," I glare hard at him.

"You know the ones who act all bad*ss, but really you're just a scared little girl who waits for a guy to come along and they just drop at their feet or more as drop to their knees," he winked.

I am beyond p*ssed when he finished his sentence, I stepped closer and glared at him as I jab my finger into his chest.

"I don't know who the hell you think you are or who you think I am, but listen closely, I am not the type of girl you think I am, I can live my hole life without a guy in my life, I don't wait around for a guy, and I d*mn for sure don't sleep around, so before you go around and assume things get your head out of your *ss thinking you're all mighty and know everything about everyone," I'm breathing heavy when I finish my rant, his face was priceless he's in total shock so I jump on my bike and rode off.

I drive for a good twenty minutes, until I pull up to this little clearing in the woods I found around when I first moved here. Its a lake covered with trees all around it, but if you go to the back part of it there's a willow tree that I just think is so pretty.

I sat there for an hour and drew, I always draw when I feel strong emotions. I finally got up and put my stuff away and headed home.
